From the minute we walked in we were welcomed and felt comfortable. Our room was clean. Appreciated that you had to use your room card to work the elevator. Would recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly. But there was an issue with the bathtub from our unit leaking into the unit below us.

Two night stay. Second day , coffee service in room not replaced. Only one face cloth replaced.iron and extra bedding not returned closet.

The only issue was the bed was a little soft and it probably needs to be changed out

We booked the room with kitchenette and it was great. Room was clean, quiet. Very convenient location too. The only thing was that we needed extra blanket for our night and was told to pick it up from the front desk, which was a minor inconvenience but it would have been perfect if they could have someone dropping it off instead, since we had small kids.
