Very convenient place to stay nearby the airport and parking lots in surrounding areas.

Property was very clean. Shuttle to airport was on time.

Our check-in experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were more of a burden than a guest. When we called down to ask for the WiFi password, the front desk staff curtly told us to "check our key folder." We did—and there was nothing written down. We attempted to call back twice more for help, but both times the call was abruptly disconnected. Frustrated, we walked down to the front desk, only to be met with visible irritation from the staff member, who was assisting another guest. We simply held up our key folder—still blank—and without a word, she grabbed it and stamped the WiFi info on it. No apology, no acknowledgment, just rude and dismissive service from start to finish. Not the kind of welcome you’d expect or hope for in a hospitality setting.

A nice property for a reasonable rate. Rooms and lobby nicely decorated. Liked the bathroom vanity, large lighted mirror, and walk in shower.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking even though the lot is 75% empty and I am staying here. At check in, I had to fill out a full page information sheet about my car (which is a rental). Then I had to type the EXACT same information onto a computer screen the lady handed me. Every other hotel is satisfied with just a driver's license and a credit card for incidentals. There are dozens of hotels within walking distance. I'm going to try a different one next time.

We had to check out at 3:30 am and they had a sack with some water and snacks in it. That was very nice. Room was nice. Bed was nice also.

Hotel looks great. I believe they recently did some renovations. In a quiet area. Access to a lot of shops and restaurants. However, the breakfast was something to be desired for. The coffee was so weak..even the strongest flavor!

Extremely thin walls, listened to neighbor’s TV all night. Paint peeling from wall near shower. Free shuttle drove past many of us twice and had to call front desk several times and she provided excuses. We were given bad information on where to stand. The free shuttle did not come at scheduled that morning, yet had another driver take it upon himself and pickup passengers ( great guy). Stating the driver regular Mohammed “just left”.

Old hotel that was updated. Ridiculous that guests have to pay for parking. Blackout curtain let light in which is impractical of you need to sleep during daytime to catch an early flight. Doors where noisy, tv of neighbor could be heard. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

Bathroom had dirt on and holes in the walls. The shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. The doors leaked even when shut tight so any shower meant water all over the floor. There were no rooms available for switching.

Recommend hotel near airport because there is shuttle service

Excellent. Nice rooms and property

It was good. They were great about texting for questions in the days before and answering questions. The shuttle service was nice. They even gave us a little bag of breakfast when we had to leave at three in the morning for our flight.

Good easy crash pad, there was a strong deodorizer placed in the air conditioning that I did not care for
