It’s okay

Surrounding area nor the best but hotel is nice.not sure who does room check ,water,coffee,bath towels had to request as. There was no towels and only brought 1 .water and coffee for yet we where a couple

Staff is excellent and food was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean but could use a facelift overall very good.

Good stay

The staff was so nice and great to me. The hotel was older and dirty. There were a lot of things they could have done to make it better. My tv wouldn’t cut off I had to unplug it from the wall to get it to go off. The balcony door won’t shut. The couch looked like it was falling apart. The pool chairs were broken. No towels up there. Just a lot of missed things.

Nice and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Very easy to get into the city from the hotel.

It was a wonderful stay although renovations are needed and an improvement from housekeeping department would be appreciated by guests.

When I checked in, I was assigned a room that I didn’t book. Had to call and wait a while for a room change. This is after I asked the receptionist to kindly confirm that the allocated room is the one I paid for

Bedding, sheets, pillows were not so clean. Towels weren’t white I couldn’t even use them.

Our stay was great, staff were very friendly and of good assistance. Your parking area is too far from the rooms especially when it is loadshedding. The past 2 days of our stay the water in our room was cold and we reported that to the manager during checkout, she apologies and requested us to report any problems as soon as we encounter the problem.

The stay in Anew hotel was amazing and great, we had a joyful, loving and extraordinary stay. The problem was the shower water it was not hot enough to have a warn bath besides that everything was wonderful and 👌. The hotel have an amazing attractive swimming pool 😍.

Dirty old hotel that is in a very unsafe area! It looks like an old student accommodation that was transformed into a hotel. The building is outdated, bathroom is dirty, found marks in the bath tub that resemble dried blood! No international sockets. The swimming pool isn’t safe as it is open to the general public, thus full of youngsters drinking and being loud all day & night! Would NOT RECOMMEND staying there

Amazing and super friendly staff. The lady in the front desk is so nice and also all the guys. They stored my luggage after checking out and were always smiling and kind. Also other staff was super nice and restaurant dinner was great and breakfest even better. One of my top hotel experiences. Rooms were also huge and felt like a big apartment. AC works perfect and fast wifi all over the hotel. Gym is also nice bonus but I wish they would buy more big weights for the muscular men. Neighbourhood is nice with many bars, clubs and friensly people.

I you must be honest, I can't be coming to your hotel and then I must also pay just for parking? Rather inform me that my booking also includes parking fee, that I will understand. So that in future I will plan for it. And the Noise on floor 24 on the 04/11/23 made my stay miserable, what is worse you book me on floor 23 without first explaining to me that I might experience noise due to what was taking place on floor 24, but i made me understand that sometimes ppl just enjoy undermining others. Next time one will think twice before booking with you. And as for those young kids who were all over the place wearing revealing clothing, I and my wife felt as if we were at a brothel of some sorts, plz try to maintain some level of class and decorum, your hotel must be a place of excellence not decayance.
