What a lovely Hotel with a modern style. Friendly staff and very helpful. We love this place and will definitely be back.

Clean room, lots of space in a triple, huge bathroom and quiet overall. Biggest negative is how hot the room was, a/c just blew more heat no matter the setting and no air flow from the window. 5 minute walk to the escalator to get up to the old city which is nice. 15 minute parking area to pull into for check in and ample parking spaces underground.

3 mins from coach station, clean and spacious room, lovely balcony

Rooms have no heating, Heat works only for a few hours a day.

The hotel has private parking for 14€. Very convenient location to the escalators leading up to the historic city. There is a restaurant /cafeteria and a buffet breakfast 12€ pp. There are several rooms choices to choose from. We would definitely stay again.

Large room with a large king bed and twin. Modern bathroom. What we liked was that we were less than 5 minutes walking to the escalators that take you up to the city. There is a playground 3 minutes away. The breakfast buffet had eggs, cheese, pastries, coffee, juices, breads, jamón, etc. It was a feast. Also, parking was 10 euro- tight parking spaces- but convenient.

Very nice hotel with great view of the city , walking distance to almost everywhere you need to be.

Nothing to complain about. It is a good hotel. There's a pastry shop nearby named Confiteria Toledano, we had breakfast there every morning. The food there is delicious. Walking distance to Bisagra and to the escalator towards Plaza Zocodover.

Very convenient location but the room was gloomy (window facing a wall), without basic equipments such as kettle, coffee... Having forgotten my credit card, the hotel refused to send it to me even at my expense and asked me to organize the shipment myself.

Ideally located, clean, comfortable and quiet. What more can one ask of a hotel.

Great hotel just outside the city center. Easy to reach the churches and museums using the public escalators or the taxi rank just out the front door. Not many restaurants close by, but that may have been because we were there on a holiday. Facilities were modern and clean and the room was the biggest we saw in Spain.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to find upon entering Toledo. Very close to the escalator to access the old city. Great value!

Fairly convenient location near the highway. About a 10-minute walk to the base of the old city. An older property but updated/maintained acceptably. Our triple room was spacious. There is a free public parking lot nearby that is associated with the bus station next door.
