The accommodation is not safe at all. Our belongings were stolen and the hotel management was not helpful and They also said that this place is not safe.

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - ultra clean accommodation - I would recommend to anyone

Very clean, great staff. Good location near beaches

Tired old room and bedding covers. Room smelled, old chocolate wrappers under the bed, no daily service. Noisy aircon that kept turning on by itself. Terrible.

Been to these Apartments about 4 times now, absolutely perfect location, the apartments have everything you need for your hols and very clean, staff are great and very helpful

Great overnight stay. Check in took time but due to forms for covid. But excellent safety in place. Would stay again.

No flexibility to re arrange, postpone or even discount to rebook for next year, very poor service given the current situation. Would not recommend booking with this hotel in the current climate.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walking to a beautiful beach. Due to the pandemic many shops around the hotel were still closed. The studio was nice, quite simple but nice. I would recommend.

Property is spotlessly clean both in rooms and all other areas, gardens and grounds constantly being taken care of. Dining area always clean and great selection of hot and cold foods, someone for everyone.

The room we had was very dated and we had a horrible view over the street. Bathroom was horrible! Bed was comfortable and the air con was good. Pool rules are no reserving sun loungers and opening times are 1000 to 1900. Everyone abides by the pool opening times. No one was swimming before 10000 or after 1900 but every single sun lounger is reserved by 0800. Bizarre that one rule is followed and another is completely ignored. I asked at reception and they were indifferent and really couldn’t care. I don’t go on holiday to get up in the middle of the night to booked a sun lounger and then wait until 1000 so I can can lie within centimetres of a stranger. This really is an unpleasant place to stay. However, it was busy so clearly other people are happy to spend their hard earned money on a holiday like this.

Great location to all restaurants and bars in Cala d’Or. Perfect hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Would suit couples, family and groups of friends. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable self catering apartment, large double bed upstairs and sofa bed in main room. Plenty of shampoo and soap provided also toothbrushes and toothpaste. Very efficient fridge and well equipped kitchen. Large pool and plenty of loungers. Great location near restaurants and bars, very short walk to nearby beaches. Was ideal for 3 girls. Would stay here again and recommend to others

Fabulous facilities lovely pool very quiet and relaxing we were only there 3 days so didn’t get to co we all the area found 3 of the beaches small coves but beautiful area to visit and all central to this hotel

They very polite and friendly and helpful. All the staff were cheerful. Only fault is the parking.

Arrived after midnight but this was not a problem, receptionist was polite and helpful. We were given a larger apartment than was booked at no extra cost. Bedding and towels changed 3 times in the 6 nights we were there. All staff friendly and helpful. We self catered so cannot comment on the food. Lovely pool but easy walking distance to good beaches. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and loads of restaurants. If I had any complaint is that the hotel has no parking. We were off season so were always able to find nearby on street parking but this may not have been so easy in mid summer. In spite of this I have already recommended this place to others.

Overall pretty good, appartments are dated but clean. Staff were generally helpful, food was ok. Bit noisy in the late evening, but as close to bars, to be expected. Nice area, nice beach. Satisfactory.

Have stayed here twice now. We love the central location of the hotel - very close walking distance to some wonderful coves!! Great for swimming / jumping in etc The staff are friendly and attentive. This time we Arrived at the hotel very early but Unfortunately it was very busy and we had to wait till 3.30pm for our room. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great for cooking in. We self catered and made use of the oven and hob - great selection of cooking utensils. Cala Dor has lots of restaurants and it is lovely to eat out but not particularly cheap. We love the sea so much we will return to cala dor again and again and if this hotel is the right price will return. The shower was lovely and powerful!! Would recommend the hotel if you are looking for clean accommodation a short walk from cala gran beach.

Bathroom is badly designed. Knees are under sink when on toilet. Also broken tiles. Beds uncomfortable
