Staff are very helpful

Muy bueno el desayuno, jugo de naranja natural, y variadas opciones para elegir, incluidos los pasteles de Belem. Ponen 1 botella de agua cada 2 dias. Varias toallas y pantuflas. No tienen restaurante propio, por lo que no hay room service, tampoco tienen plancha ni tabla para planchar en las habitaciones, hay servicio de lavanderia, pero es externo

Lovely hotel in heart of Belem. Room was clean and comfortable, great breakfast included.

Great staff and excellent location. Outstanding breakfast. However, the room and bathroom fell very short. There wasn't a single electrical outlet!! The shower did not work, and the bathtub was so high that I almost tripped when stepping out, even though I am six feet tall. A shorter person would be very challenged. Despite all the positives, these few but consequential negatives soured my stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects the basics like an electrical outlet and a safe and working shower. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they acknowledged that my particular room had issues - so they knew this room was problematic. When I asked why I was given this room instead of one which did not have these issues, they gave me an amusingly ridiculous answer: "because some guests do not notice these issues"! They admitted that there were other rooms available.

Lovely mid-century architectural gem in the heart of Belém. Perfect location for walks in the park, and art museum. Great staff

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across the historic St Jerome monastery and walking distance to pastais de Belem and national discoveries and Belem tower. That’s the only reason why we opted to book this hotel. However, book somewhere else. Wifi here is extremely poor! The worse I’ve ever seen. Reception welcome is cold. Water is only free for one night. We booked two days in a row, the only redeeming feature of this place is the friendly Portuguese breakfast lady. The breakfast is also good and filling. It’s not old people friendly. I’m talking about the bathroom. Someone could easily slip getting out of the tub and hurt themselves. I’m being honest here not trying to be rude.

Hotel Jeronimo 8 met all of my accommodation needs. Excellent breakfast and wine bar. Friendly staff. Well located for ease of walking.

Great fast checking. Clean lovely room with great bathroom. I was able to leave luggage at the front desk after checkout to see the local museums. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is close to most of the attractions. Walking distance to many Lisbon tourist spots, bus and Tram and Metro stations. Kid friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were so supportive and caring. Highly recommend.

Hotel location was excellent, room was decent but the carpet in the hallway was deplorable. The other issue was that I made reservations and payment well in advance on your website and had a balance of CA $23.22 to be paid locally at the hotel. The hotel unfortunately charged me CA $47.56 instead.

Staff was very helpful. Rugs in hallway could be cleaner but the rooms were very clean!

Nice and quiet hotel, very nice staff, just not nice of Expedia that said nothing else to pay and ended up paying another €36 city tax. It's absolutely fine paying that, but Expedia shouldn't have said, nothing else to pay
