Friendly pleasant staff. Location of the hotel is superb.

Absolutely shocking stay me and my wife left the hotel by 22.30. We stayed in an executive double room so was expecting a large comfy bed god no it was 2 single beds pushed together which were hard as a plank of wood. I’ll give the night guy on reception credit he did try to give us another room like ours but had same outcome bed was rock solid (we stayed in room 301). Hotel definitely gone downhill stayed there a good few times before and never had this problem total waste of money >:(

Nice room in a lovely hotel. Bar was a lot cheaper than a lot of the local bars, etc.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable in parts. It had a kettle which is great. The annoying thing there was no plug socket by the bed to charge your phone in to. I would stay there again, staff were friendly, was only their for one night on business so was only there to sleep so can not comment on food

My mum loved her weekend away there.

Staff very attentive and hotel room and facilities meet every need.

Lovely hotel. Friendly reception staff. Bed really comfy. We also really enjoyed the leisure facilities. The only downside was that the bar only had one person serving so we waited in a queue for 20 mins for a drink. Help did arrive, but not very professional service from the additional server. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.

Pool was lovely and warm. Our room had ripped wallpaper but the staff dealt with our complaint well by upgrading our room with no fuss. Staff very courteous.

Lovely stay in great location, large group staying meant had to dine in other room. Ordered breakfast was quick to deliver but so.e items wrong. Normally buffet style which i sometimes prefer in big hotel.

Very central for a concert at Pavilion. Warm clean room. Nice staff. Pool a bonus. Discounted underground parking was handy.

Clean room, very curtious staff and the stay was lovely.

Instructions were easy, checking in was easy. Staff were friendly, the room was quiet, and clean. The bathroom was dated, but functioned. All in all, an easy stay.

The room was ok but dated and the breakfast wasn't the best the milk on the table was off and the scrambled egg was grey in colour

This hotel caters mainly for coach trips do service is skewed towards large parties rather than solo travellers, having said that, staff were as friendly and efficient as they could be but they were run off their feet. Great deal on set dinner and the pool was a real bonus.

Great locations. Great hotel staff lovely. Breakfast all waiting so nothing cooked fresh. Small selection of food. Which isnt bad but could do with a little more option. I understand the hotel caters for the coach parties. But when they have children in the hotel, a childs option on the menu would help.

Only stayed for a night but room was nice, staff friendly.
