The staff are some of the most warm, professional and welcoming I’ve ever met in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay as a group of women to celebrate a special birthday. The hotel had a perfect balance of relaxing space with the ability to explore the local area and beyond. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options, the food was fresh and tasty. It’s a shame there is limited sun bed space and the beach charges are so high for sunbeds.

We just felt like we could’ve done better for the price. The hotel is literally right on the beach and that’s basically the only good thing about it. But of course, if you wanted to layout on the hotel’s beach, that was extra money. The pool was okay - at least that was included.The front desk and employees were pretty nice, but the wait staff for breakfast and around the pool/beach were pretty unfriendly. You can tell they were annoyed with the tourists. The hotel told us we had a free continental breakfast and then smacked us with a 60 euro bill - for some bread and fruit. We did pay for the most basic room with a beach view, and the view was great to be fair. But yeah, knowing what we know now we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Nice property, great pool and beach access, breakfast was excellent. Desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful but the wait staff were not as friendly as they could have been…. Several table and bar wait staff seemed annoyed.

This place is a dream resort, jaw dropping views, 5 star restaurants within walking distance of the resort, incredibly helpful staff, specifically Walter!! Ask for Walter, he’ll go above and beyond for all your needs. Could not recommend this place enough, unforgettable honeymoon.

What a beautiful place. We had an ocean view room and the view was exactly what we thought we were getting. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day.

We recently stayed at the Nixe Palace Hotel in Mallorca as a family of three, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and warm smiles. The service was outstanding—staff were always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to gluten-free options, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The beach is just steps away, with crystal-clear waters and easy access from the hotel. We also loved how clean and well-maintained everything was, with housekeeping visiting multiple times a day. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—it was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. The valet service made it super easy to come and go without worrying about parking, and there are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance, perfect for evening strolls. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet family-friendly getaway in Mallorca!

Cold fried eggs and bacon at breakfast. Alternative à la carte breakfast was okay. Not enough sunbeds and umbrellas for the number of guests - we needed to bag a bed and sit on it before 8am to be sure of one.

It’s very old property

The position of the hotel is superb and the view from our sea view room was fabulous. The balcony was slightly enclosed so I would have preferred a more open one but then this would have been more expensive and I felt that I had paid more than enough for bed and breakfast. It was a good job I didn’t want a sunbed as even though there is a notice saying they can’t be reserved, by nine o’clock there was towels on every one of them with hardly any people. A problem that must be difficult for a hotel of this size. The aircon in the room was the most efficient and quietest I have ever had in a hotel and much needed as the temperature outside was the hottest I have ever encountered in Palma.Breakfast was a delight with plenty of selection I would only suggest that the tables were numbered so that when an order for hot food was taken the waitress’s would know where to bring it. Overall we had a lovely holiday
