Kind of close to a noisy highway-room was clean.

Was a nice place, friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. The bed was to firm and pillows were to thick, made it a little uncomfortable

We didn't get any maid service. Friends of ours that stayed the same weekend reported that one of their beds got made, but the other didn't.

It doesn't matter where the room is, as a customer one need cleanliness but once entered and saw bugs after some time. And mentioned this next morning, guess the answer from receptionist, "this must be because of the weather and little moisture as its on ground level". In next morning alao found another one.

No elevator! Not good

The shower control lever valve was improperly installed in reverse and did not allow hot water, so did not shower as had no hot water. Later told in checking out that cold water setting would have given hot water. Staff not responsive to problem or my concerns. Never again w/ "Quality" Inns!

Check in staff was distracted, not friendly. Gave us a key and told us our room number then as we walked away he said that was wrong and asked for the keys back. Bathroom had hair in it. Pictures on Expedia were certainly not at all what our room looked like, very misleading. Hair was in eggs at breakfast as well.

it was a great stay good service

It is advertised as a Watertown Hotel. It is not in Watertown and is a 5 mi. drive outside the town. We stayed at the property to attend a Triathalon the next morning. The walls are paper thin and any noise in the hallways echos throughout. Noisy neighbours made sleep difficult. The breakfast was waffles, egg rounds and sausage rounds. There was no bread of any kind, no fruit and terrible coffee. MacDonald’s is right beside the hotel and at least has decent coffee. Would not return! On the positive side, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms fairly updated.

Convenient location, was upset because no one came to the desk for over 10 minutes, we even called the desk phone number and no one answered. The beds top sheets had stains on them and the chair arm was ripped. Also our room was extremely hot when we first got into it. The breakfast didn’t have actual coffee, it was almost clear looking coming out of the machine. The apple juice had chunks that were on the bottom of the cup floating. No breads or anything for the egg and sausage patty.

Great room for the price. Friendly staff. Breakfast can improve.

There was a kid upstairs that kept running back and forth making a lot of noise. Kind of ruined the experience a little. The room was awesome, the shower was a little dirty with soap scum. Would stay there again.

It was spacious and comfortable for a standard room. Simple and efficient!

Breakfast could be a little nicer - add toast and maybe small pastries.
