Is nice place to stay in is definitely close to everything. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub drain wasn’t working properly. Water took a long time to go down I’m not sure if hair was stuck in there when we first got there but Other than that was pretty good.! Staff was amazing our server in the restaurant on the first floor was amazing Juan Carlos, thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and welcome! And also Martin in the front desk was very kind!

Everything was perfectly clean: the room, staff, breakfast, and parking. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you to everyone for their hospitality.

Me gustó la limpieza de mi cuarto y la señorita que limpió mi cuarto los días que me hospedé muy amable y servicial. Cuál quier falla lo atendían muy rápido. La comida del restaurante muy buena y muy atentos los meseros en general todos muy amables lo recomiendo.

A real gem of a place to stay! Perfect city location with public transport close by or walk to the Zona Rosa area. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable, despite being an older style hotel it really was the perfect stay. The staff could not be friendlier or happier and who doesn't enjoy Frank Sinatra being played at the breakfast cafe. 5 out of 5 stars for this superb hotel.

This was my first stay at the Hotel Emporio and must admit that I chose it because my usual hotel near the Zona Rosa was full. I stayed once on Paseo de la Reforma some years ago and found it too noisy. It was not the case this trip; the hotel is situated in a quieter zone and separated from noisy traffic. It is nevertheless a convenient location with MetroBus lines 1 and 7 about one block away. As for the property, it is a beautifully maintained building with much of the original décor intact. It has been updated, of course, with nice plumbing fixtures, air conditioning, WiFi, new beds. The personnel are super with special kudos to housekeeping.

Cuando pagas extra por el desayuno es lo único bueno que tienen! Viven pidiendo propinas pocos espacio de esparcimiento y no respetan a los huéspedes por igual!
