Disappointing Stay ! This a nice location in Glyfada, the amenities are fail they do offer a breakfast buffet butt not fresh fruit! I have stayed here before and had an average experience but this time it wasn’t so nice, staff not so friendly at the front desk and a lot of teenagers running in the hallways at all times of night ! If. You’re looking for an adult type hotel this is definitely not it ! Greatly Disappointed !

Okay for short stays. Best thing is location and parking. Breakfast could be better (e.g. bread not fresh). Also pool undergoing renovation so could not be used. One of the initial rooms smelt intensely of smoke but receptionist was incredibly helpful and arranged alternative. Given the above would still stay again as staff are as accommodating as you could hope for

Lovely hotel. Stay on the south side (waterview) of the building to avoid loud roadway.

Most staff were lovely but one woman at breakfast was very rude. The hotel was so noisy because of the main road. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work and the two single beds were very narrow and far too soft, we both had bad backs after. However the pol area was lovely.

Nice property good location but the pool seats and cushions were stained ! Looked old and dirty ! Mattress were very comfortable and the breakfast was just ok !

Nice location close to beach and transportation. Hop on off bus close by goes into Athens. Tram behind also goes to shopping area if Glyfada and Athens. Rooms are clean but not fancy and in some need of refurbishment. Didn’t like the shower/sink combo. Nothing like running a hair dryer while standing in a puddle of water!

The rooms were clean and have new furniture. Breakfast was excellent. Stuff was very nice and helpful. The beach is just across the parking. Will stay again.

Everything was just perfect

We liked the location. We didn’t like the condition of the room and the pool. Tiny lifts, tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny balcony. We had our 9 year old son and it was too small for us. Not great for families. The breakfast was not good. All the hot food was dry. The crackers were stale.

We stayed for one night before going home. We booked a hotel with a pool to make our last day relaxing. The pool was turning green and very dirty. None of the guests were swimming in it and that wasn’t surprising. The rooms were clean with comfy beds, but the noise from the main road kept us awake! We ate there in the evening, the menu was minimal but the dishes we chose were tasty. Drinks are cocktails were a little on the expensive side, 14 euros for a cocktail.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Norhing more, nothing less.....

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Palace Glyfada hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was of a good size. The hotel was well located close to a lovely beach and had its own pool. However, it was difficult to obtain tickets for the trams due to problems with the transport company’s system. Would therefore recommend purchasing in advance at airport or terminal if possible.

Impressed with the helpful staff and cleanliness. Proximity to public transportation was great. Enjoyed the pool and the beach across the street.

Nice getaway from Athens.

I was not pleased with this property. Rooms were not equipped with enough things. No iron, bathroom sink is in the shower, very awkward, refrigerator broken, I got stuck in the elevator and there was no phone inside to inform anyone. Your breakfast buffet is not the greatest a lot of stale and cold food. No courtesy from some of your staff to greet us when we walked in to eat. I walked away from my table when i didnt finish eating to get something else I wanted, and I went back to find my dish gone and other people sitting down to eat at my spot. And best of all when I checked in with my brother we had 2 separate rooms. He was alone, I was with my husband. I paid $312.00 Euro and my brother paid 220.00 Euro. He gets the room on the top floor big with a king sized bed, big patio and a view of the sea I was happy for him. However, our room was much, much smaller, a very small patio and was put on the second floor with a view of the parking lot, some trees and a little glimpse of the sea. Don't you think its reasonable to give a bigger room to a couple who is paying a bigger price and give a smalker room to someone who pays less? Quite awkward. I don't feel this place is being operated unprofessionally and you are not catering to customers with the service they pay for. $312.00 Euro is not cheap when you exchange it into Canadian dollars. For 2 nights thats a lot. Too many things went wrong and your hotel is quite dated. You need to make major, improvements. So diassappointed

GREATE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEAN ROMMS. NICE VIEW AND NEAR TO BEACH... WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL...

Nice location with great views. Helpful staff, only downside is wifi connection in the rooms is very spotty.
