Very poor!

Got put on a smoking room after booking non smoking.

Attended a concert at Gillette Stadium and the location was perfect, very close to the stadium. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty we didn't even sleep under the sheets!! I knew it was the cheaper hotel for our needs but it was really disappointing. Floors sticky and more ! We kept our shoes on when in the room!!!!

The staff was nice and told us it was the last room. But it was a smoking room and my kids couldn't breath. We opened windows and turned on AC. When I checked AC Filters they were solid Black. I cleaned but not an enjoyable stay. The staff said if there was another room he would move us but they had none.

Even with non smoking, there are cigarettes burns in the room. Also water pipe was bursted and could not take a shower or use the bathroom….i know it was not hotel’s fault but it was very frustrating!!!

Room was not cleaned completely. Dirty refrigerator and floors. When we arrived there was cheese in the refrigerator and food crumbs in the fridge and freezer. Person came in to clean and took the dirty towels but did not leave clean ones or clean the floor that was dirty. Bathroom heater would not turn off.

Basic motel experience. Not quite as upscale as Motel 6. Grossly overpriced for the room you get. Takes advantage of college graduation weekend to raise prices 400%. Would not stay there again.

While the room was clean it is old. Beds were comfortable, water pressure good. Seemed like a truck stop. Right on main road.

The water was cold and the staff didn't seem to care.

The property smelled so strongly of cleaner, it instantly gave me a headache and made my nostrils burn. The property is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures so beware. There were greasy handprints all over the door and wall. I would pay the little extra and avoid this place at all costs.

The office was disorganized No bell or anything to get service Room was horrible Bathroom door didn’t shut or lock Tv remote didn’t work or programed to the tv could only watch channel it was on Shower the water was backing up so it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time

It smelled like cigarettes in our room, the bed sheets and blanket had cigarette holes burned into them, one of the curtains had a slice down it, the pillows sucked, 2 people in 1 room and we were given 3 pillows. It says free breakfast, there wasn’t anything but coffee and juice. It just felt dirty to us and we won’t be going back.

The hotel room was clean and neat. however the dead bolt on the door didn't work. and the shower knob needs the set screw tightened to keep the knob in place.

I liked the stay no deposit if you use a card The shower was great and you have the option

Not what we expected. But for the price it was decent. The toliet clogged on us first thing, but the folks were kind enough to give us a plunger.
