Basic facilities but clean. Nice breakfast. Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. However, when we requested a kettle this was provided for us. Not very centrally located, but close to the metro station and main bus routes to get into town.

Hotel molto comodo perché a due passi dalla fermata della metro di via Dante. Pulito, tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale efficiente. Ottima colazione. Camera spaziosa e molto attrezzata nei particolari. Prezzo buono. Molto consigliato.

Nice hotel with very helpful & friendly staff. The hotel has been renovated since I last stayed there 5 years ago & is much more modern. Room had everything I needed (kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer). My only small complaint is the comfort levels of the bed. They may be fine for others, but the mattress was far too hard for me personally.

Con! Paid for a Superior double room with the Fiat on the wall. Given room 507 tiny dark box room no kettle, cups etc. Complained, eventually got a family room 410 but wasn't told it was only for one night. Had to pack up and move again! Got room 107 nice room , but still no Fiat and small shower.Was told there are only 3 Fiat rooms, that cost a lot more, false advertising. Wouldn't have paid extra if I'd known this. Disappointed 😡

Comfortable stay. Changed rooms because lock did not work. Would have been good to have a kettle for tea or coffee as was in the first room. Convenient location to city by Dante metro. Bought 48 hour transport ticket which was great to get us around.

I arrived for check in only to be told the hotel was full and that I had to get myself to a different hotel a few hundred metres away. It worked out ok in the end, but not ideal!

Good: 1. This hotel is located in a quiet area. 2. Staff are helpful and 3. Close to a Metro station Less good: 1. The breakfast is not a real buffet as stated in the website. Little more than a continental breakfast. But way less than a buffet. 2. Shower box leaks water from underneath. You endup in a paddle of water on the floor. 3. No restaurant in the hotel.

We had to change the room as it was very small and old, surely not like the one showed in the picture. The new room was a bit better, however we found lots of dust under the bed, the shower head was full of limestone. Moreover, the fridge was not working. We also had a bad experience in the lift. We pressed the button to go to 6th floor, instead the lift took us to -2 where the boiler room is and we got stuck there for 5 minutes with no phone reception and no stairs to take. Back in the lift, we got up to the ground floor and informed the receptionist who told us that on that day they did not have any issue with the lift (meaning that they maybe had issues during other days?). We had to go up to the 6th floor by stairs as we were terrified to take the lift.

MY expérience staying At Torino Plaza Hôtel IS positive, THE metro is 2 minutes from THE hôtel, Clean ROOM, friendly staff who try their Best to speak English, Shops and restaurants nearby. Buses ans trams stations close to THE hôtel. Good hôtel for a short STAY In Turin, THE price is quite good. I WOULD recommend IT. Aldo Good choice Of breakfast Buffet.
