Ok for airport stop over Friendly staff clean but pricey

Very convenient and comfortable for my early flight.

This hotel is a very good choice for someone who has an early flight from Manchester.

This hotel has a very convenient location, and is easily walkable from T2 and from the Trains. The room is a reasonable size and I found the bed very comfortable. B The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and cheerful. The weak point is the reception staff. I found them very impersonal and not very helpful, certainly not ready to take any decisions on their own initiative. We had a health problem and they were very inflexible, until the Manager kindly stepped in and resolved the problem himself in 10 minutes. Having said that, I would still recommend the hotel if you can get a good room rate, as we did via Expedia.

Convenient for Manchester airport with a walkway right to the terminals. Nice little bar in the hotel.

Great location for T2 at Manchester. Only needed it for a nights stay and it felt very safe for a solo traveler.

Just stayed one night for early departure the following morning. Lovely room, overlooking runway which was worth the small additional cost. Ate in the restaurant. We had a window seat overlooking the runway, which was great.

Really handy for the airport!

Good stay prior to flight. Meal in restaurant good but wish they had small plates or lighter meals also a lot of dishes were spicy

The room telephone does not work.

So disappointed with the parking issues. We parked outside to drop off my wife whose disabled and cannot manage the cases alone. A long queue and then took her to the room and then drove to drop off car park so 28 mins in total. Now being perused to court for a £100 excessive fine by the private company they employ. Always used Radison but as refuse to assist here we can no longer

I like the friendliness of the receptionist who gave me my key . The workers in the restaurant for breakfast ???

Lovely hotel, really convinent as your right in to the terminal for an early morning start. I would bring any snacks that you may fancy with you as a small tub of pringles cost £5 in the hotel shop!!

Excellent service. Beautiful hotel within walking distance to terminal 1.
