This hotel has a very convenient location, and is easily walkable from T2 and from the Trains. The room is a reasonable size and I found the bed very comfortable. B
The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and cheerful.
The weak point is the reception staff. I found them very impersonal and not very helpful, certainly not ready to take any decisions on their own initiative. We had a health problem and they were very inflexible, until the Manager kindly stepped in and resolved the problem himself in 10 minutes.
Having said that, I would still recommend the hotel if you can get a good room rate, as we did via Expedia.
