Great but expensive

Useless customer service

Perfect as always and the only place to stay when at T2. 2 minute walk to departures.

Ideal hotel if you are flying out of Manchester Airport.

Expensive but clean. Restaurant is also nice but extremely overpriced.

A Very warm welcome on arrival , room was lovely and clean , food was ok but need to be more simple things on it not very body wants that sort of food a bit to expensive.

Walkable to all terminals which was the reason why we chose this hotel. For that reason you can’t go past it.

Nice hotel but room was very warm and the ac struggled to keep the temp below 25'C. I had to sleep on top of the bed.

Great place to stay

We opted for an early check in so that we could drop off our bags and go explore Manchester. All the staff we encountered were friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was varied and the hot food hot and delicious.

Excellent check in!

A fantastic option at Manchester Airport. A short walk from the terminal.. I arrived quite late (around 9.30pm) and reception staff were really friendly, helpful and speedy -exactly what I needed after a flight. The room was really spacious and clean and very quiet. Bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was amazing!

Really enjoyed our stay

Stayed many times and used their parking but now they've hiked the price of the parking to £25 per night with no notice or grace period for people who had already booked weeks before.

We always stay here as ease from the railway station and to the check in area at the airport food lovely and nice bar area and if you forget anything they have a shop , rooms quiet and very comfortable

Stayed here before, service was good, rooms clean and tidy but food in the restaurant is so expensive.

A nice stay before an early flight. didn’t drain

Lovely hotel with amazing access to the airport, very clean and its great there is a gym and pool. The restaurant and bar are very modern but quite small so was very busy. The shop is VERY expensive - £5 for a bottle of water, £4.50 for small pringles! Finally i was surpised given this is an airport hotel and they must know that lots of people fly early, breakfast isnt served from 4am. Even a simple.choice of cereal, pastries and coffee would be adequate

Nice room, smooth check in. Very quiet, would not know we were by the airport at all. Only gripe is breakfast was a bit of a rip off at £22 per child.
