Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant.

Located in a busy area with a mall across the street. Easton to get I. And out though outside of rush hour. The breakfast and such are good for what you pay. Excellent value.

Staff is kind and helpful. Was booked solid but was very quiet. Known as a family hotel. Malls and restaurants are beside it. Walking trail nearby. Very affordable compared to other hotels.

Conveiniant location. Very clean and updated rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the room near the pool so it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. Bring a fan if you are used to sleeping with one. The hotel has a little gym with treadmills and weights and a nice pool area. One of the beds were noisy due to springs. It could be heard any time you move so they need updated. One bed in the room was ok and comfortable. Bigger cups are needed for the keurig machine however, they had fresh coffee in the lobby early in the morning. We did not get to stay for breakfast but it consisted of eggs, yogurt, cereal, apples and juice. It was still being prepared when we were leaving so there could have been more. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
