People fighting in hallway at 3 am. Windows old can heard all the road and highway noise

Very nice, comfortable, clean and staff is very friendly. If I’m ever driving through and need a place this will be my first choice.

The guy that checked us in is always amazing.

Toilet seat was dirty upon arrival - someone else's poo on the back. Shower water ran black. We thought ok, just need to let it run for a minute. But i dont think the tub was angled for the water to drain because the black water just hung out in the tub after we turned the tap off. (We did not end up showering here lol). The remote was so filthy we stuck it in a ziploc bag before we used it. Beds were comfortable enough with plenty of pillows, the windows actually raised which was soooo nice to enjoy the rainy spring weather. Pool was small but had really long hours (6a-midnight) which was so nice as we just got a room for one night so our kids could swim. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard hotel breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and clean.comfortable beds.convineint parking.i am definitely happy eith my experience i will come back for Sure.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. Friendly staff. 3 stars because of the following: The room had a smell to it that needed to be aired out. Stained pillowcases Bathroom door would not close due to misalignment. Toilet struggled to flush. Other than that the stay was comfortable.

Jason, the desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. Location was walking distance to a choice of restaurants.

The property fully booked and room reeked of smoke upon entering, and my 10-year-old started to cough. The bathroom had blood on the toilet and in the toilet. There was a pill lying on the floor in the bathroom. White and round with coating wearing off. The room appeared very dusty and had not been cleaned in a long time. We did not feel safe.. The room felt used and unsafe. I feel drug use had occurred there or room was being used by staff to smoke and utilize for breaks perhaps. Something was not right here and I have never ever felt this feeling before on entering a room scared to sit down or use the facility.

Our check-in staff was awesome, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, to send us with recommendations for dinner and surrounding things to do. As for the hotel, it's very run down and dirty. We felt the need to cover the couch and chairs with blankets and towels, before we could sit on them. Also, the air vents in the room, is so caked with dirt and dust, it was uncomfortable. This hotel was definitely not upto the standards of past stays. I will NOT stay at Country inn and suites ever again, unless I reveiw the property first.

Didn't care for the breakfast food. The rest of the stay was great.

The staff were very nice , the bathrooms could use towel racks . The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!

The front desk person was so helpful and friendly that I have bookmarked this place for future visits.

4th grade AAU and enjoyed our stay

Will you book a regular king bedroom with sofa room and upon arrival we were put in a king bedroom with a Jacuzzi instead of a sofa… okay cool whatever. It’s just two nights we’ll make it work. Anyways, the next morning someone kept knocking at our door while we were asleep and when I went outside for breakfast, the receptionist told me that we need to switch rooms because our room is already reserved. At such a short notice, we told them that OK but we are gonna be leaving town for the day and all of a sudden have to pack up all our stuff and move so we need some time. They kept knocking every 20 to 30 minutes, telling us to hurry so they can clean the room and get it ready for God knows who we then moved to our next room and all we did was put our bags there and left for Cincinnati. We got back to the hotel at 10 PM that night and all I did was use the bathroom and go to the bedroom to lay down and five minutes later to huge beetles or weird insects were flying around in the room so immediately I closed the bedroom door as I left. I grabbed our bags and keep in mind. We hadn’t even unpacked yet and went downstairs and said I need another room. But the staff had some attitude when I mentioned that I would love a refund for this night if possible. They said I’ll have to call and ask for Sam the next day. And while I was at the desk, a spider tried to crawl up my arms. At this point, I was so done with everything so I booked another hotel and left.

Poorly maintained. Drapes missing faucet loose. Failed to service room. Very marginal breakfast

One credit card used for gets room another given at check-in. Waiting to see if the pending full charge ended up being moved to the right credit card.
