Perfect location for walking around the village.

People above me were very noisy.

The location was fantastic and so close to Whistler village. Room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable. The staff was super fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location for everything very centrally located. The rooms were clean little more on the basic side from some of the other resorts but the price makes it worth it.

Room is nice little noisy but fine. No restaurant but okay Village steps away. Prefer this hotel as close to main village but not in it!

The hotel was under renovation outside the building. There is a paint smell inside the room.

Solid functional room with a Keurig coffee machine and a TV you could cast to. At the entrance to Whistler Village (not the Upper Village or Creekside village) which put everything within an easy and pleasant walk.

Nothing special, staff was obnoxious. Charged additional for small pet. After booking.

Very convenient location. 3 min walk to Whistler center.

Had room 457. All the doors on this floor seemed to slam shut and make lots of noise in the morning when trying to sleep in. Had a look at my door and the door actuator was not installed correctly and was coming off. Could also hear people talking in the hallway, again no sound dampening striping around the door jam/frame. All easy things to fix and needs some attention to detail.

In future I would like to stay in this hotel, because services was excellent

Have stayed here many times both winter and summer. A few opportunities for improvement: better electric vehicle charging (only super slow charging for a total of 4 vehicles); larger /newer TVs.. we got an Executive Room and it was nice and big with a huge tall wall and the TV was very small and had poor quality resolution. Convoluted to connect to the casting service too - consider upgrading these. Also, your beds and pillows could also use an upgrade.. the mattress is .. bad. Lastly the ceiling was full of flies.. consider installing a fly screen on the windows.
