Great location close to everything you might need. Clean rooms and great restaurant. I came here for a medical appointment and they let me check out a little later which I appreciate very much. Will stay here again

Outdated. Tv did not work properly, called did not get back to us.

Wonderful stay. Big, clean, comfy room. Missing a few extra touches like water glasses, towel hooks by the shower, a shelf in the shower. Would 5/5 stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice and relaxing.

Was on a road trip and stopped here for my son's birthday to use waterslides. Booked hotel same day and arrived late into the evening. Was not told during booking or during check in the waterside was closed for maintenance, we only found out when we went to the pool to use it. Front desk staff is very poor.

Upon arrival they placed us in a room with a window covered with film felt very enclosed and very uncomfortable. They then moved us to another room on second level which then had a mouse in the wall. They then moved us to a different room after complaining, which I'll add was close to midnight after driving 12-hours. I might add the staff who checked us in had the audacity to ask if we used anything prior to moving us, might I add we were ready to sleep when we heard the mouse. Smh. The manager did try to help us by offering us a meal to the buffet. After observing the hotel I seen how natives were on one side while non natives stayed on the other side. Smh. Worse experience ever with a hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was near the drink machine, which could be quite noisy late at night.

The suite was nice for the price we got. The bed was comfortable and the staff were good. The only complaint was the pool had such a strong smell of chlorine, that my husband and I didn't want to use the pool or hot tub.

The staff was so friendly and helpful

We booked a suite - nice to have separate bedroom. Had fridge and microwave. Lots of parking space.

Breakfast is good , everything is good , staff are great! Pools awesome ! The only thing is the riff raff that you get in the evening outside the front entrance and the gambling room entrance.
