Nice hotel , very good staff .

Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft.

Staff was mostly very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar were fantastic. The facility was clean, the rooms were very nice - a small little balcony and nice interior design. The rooms were mostly quiet, but i would recommend a lake side room if possible. The hotel sits right on a road so if you leave a window open there is definitely vehicle and train noise. Also sauna was only open 17-2300 which was a bit strange, especially in a cold weekend. Overall nice place.

The room was a bit cold, and the blankets were small. So, I did not manage to sleep well.

Close proximity to the Saabrucken town centre. The rooms were quite warm due to hot weather.

Very nice hotel in all respects

Original booked room was very noisy with cars and train passing from early morning. When asked to change room had to pay for an upgrade. Sauna which is mentioned in amenities was open only from 17.00 which useless at any sence.

Rather impersonal hotel. Unable to get a simple coffee to take away. A little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Expensive for what it is I would say. We were not made to feel like customers.

I loved the fact that the hotel is right next to my favorite casino. It was the whole reason I booked it and I'm so happy I did. I needed a "me" night away from the kids and this was definitely the place to do it. The staff speaks English and it was super easy to check in and out. The restaurant was AMAZING and I'm so happy I treated myself to dinner and drinks there.

Nice comfortable hotel just at a nice park. Spacey rooms with all facilities.

Lovely room with view of trees and the park, listening to the grasshoppers at night. Excellent Wiener Schnitzel from room service.

The staff were very friendly Room was clean and comfortable FYI...you have to pay for the parking garage overall very satisfied and highly recommend

All was good but their beds...... You can not have a queen bed as is says on the web. And the 2 single beds for me is not "confort". You are not capable to select.

Any time I am in Saarbrücken, I make it a point to stay at this hotel. Always great service, courteous from desk self, nice and clean comfortable rooms, ample parking, and walkable surroundings make for an enjoyable stay. Although the environment is quiet, The city centre is just five minutes away by car, and the French border is just as close down the road.

Very luxurious hotel at a very reasonable price. Very much enjoyed the spacious rooms and the lovely breakfast.

I always thoroughly enjoy spending a night at this location. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and rooms are always very clean. I did not really have anything to do there, but I just like to have at least one night to myself enjoying the surroundings. I usually do not include breakfast, but every now and then I do treat myself. My only thing is that the staff seems a bit aloof at times. This last time, I was seated for 25 minutes, had just had my last bite when I was asked whether I wanted anything to drink. In total, nine patrons, including myself. Can’t say this was overwhelming. Another server mindlessly took a man’s plate and cutlery away without asking his wife, sitting there, whether he was done. He was not. Those instances make the restaurant pale in comparison to the rest of the staff, who is great, including housekeeping, who always greet you with a smile. So, I would highly recommend the hotel, but I more often than not skip the culinary experience. Mind you, it’s a good breakfast, food-wise. But the little idiosyncrasies take the best out of the experience. During the holiday season, they have a nice set in both hotel and restaurant area.
