Arrived early, checked in, parked the car in the basement car park, only to find somebodys clothes and bags in "our" room. Was then told by the receptionist that they had no other room available. We were flabbergasted! They managed to find us a room in a neighbouring hotel, but still... Zero points for this hotel, it's like Faulty Towers!

This is a comfortable place run by helpful and friendly staff in a convenient location of town. The place offers clean accommodation with adequate space, and all usual amenities. The on site bar and restaurant are nice to have, breakfast is pretty good for the category, and must importantly the staff is friendly and very helpful. They have no gym, but offer free access to a gym and sauna in 3 minute walking distance. I would come back to this place anytime.

We stayed in Itzehoe as a base for genealogical research in Schleswig-Holstein. The Mercure was a perfectly acceptable business hotel, ample parking, very nice breakfast and dinner restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine, nothing special. Very little to do within walking distance (grocery store next door, at least). All in all it was exactly what we needed for our purposes.

Comfortable hotel about 10 mins walk to town centre. On site parking. Comfortable room with coffee maker and fridge. However, no drawers for clothes, just a small wardrobe. Restaurant staff were excellent. The food was ok.

Nice hotel. We only stayed for one night. The staff and service were excellent.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel in Itzehoe along with the other 4 members of my family. Great breakfast, good wifi, 10 minutes walking from the centre, polite staff

The hotel is conveniently located by a bakery and grocery store. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant and breakfast were excellent. Add in the friendliness of the people of Itzehoe and it makes the hotel a great destination.

Although we only used this as an overnight stay on a family holiday we found it very good value. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking and great family rooms.

Overall I enjoyed staying at your hotel. I would happily recommend it to family and friends. If I had had more time I would have gladly stayed longer. The purpose of my stay was not to sightsee in Itzehoe. So I am not sure how close the hotel to the centre is. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating at all times.

No phone number to call, no service, not humain. You just want to make business, without any responsability. Your business is not fair at all. Add a service call in your netsite and then it will be ok. Just be humain and fair plair to people you earn money from.
