It is a good palce for family with kids age around 10.

Hotel wasnt up to the mark, doors are broken no microwave in the room, shampoo bottle was empty not a good experience except the water park.

The overall process for check-in and check out on the mobile was such a hassle. The system kept automatically trying to charge me for items. I already paid for. I had to call the hotel and the reservation line for clarity. The rooms itself was decent. I did the deluxe family suite with the bunkbeds, and it was more than enough room. On the Falls view website it makes it seem as if you can go to the buffet and the ice cream place, but everything is close but yet far at the same time. Overall, it was a decent stay I would go back to Canada, but I don’t think I would stay at the skyline unless I had a big group.

I’m giving this place two stars because the staff at the hotel and waterpark were fantastic. However, there are several reasons why I didn’t give it a five-star rating. The hotel was outdated. The carpet in multiple areas was lifting up, and our room didn’t have a TV power cord, but they quickly got one for us. The curtains were also falling off the rod. Overall, the place wasn’t very clean. Walking in the hotel smelled like cigarettes. The water park was okay, but it was very crowded. The fire alarm went off, and the staff handled the large crowd well, even though it was a false alarm. However, there were long waits for a water slide—an hour to be exact.

Rooms are small and do not give you a hotel feel. More like a Motel room. But, the convenience of location and access to the waterpark makes it a good find. additionally, the 8pm court yard movie for children are a plus.

Never more , everything old ... old tv nothing to do there after waterpark

The Staff was very rude, the one staff member tried to charge me more, when I told her no, she rolled her eyes at me and got very rude. Very very poor service. The noise was very loud at 11:00 pm, when my grand babies are trying to sleep, when I called down to complain they told me when they had time they would look after it. WOW!!

Good staff and clean room

- Staff was rude after our keys didn't work after being reprogramed twice - room had literally zero accessible power outlets - fan on heater was so loud it would wake us up every 30 mins - extremely dated

Rooms are up to date and clean. Courtrooms are awesome for everyone to enjoy. Our family loved the movie nights as well— what a nice addition to the stay! Excellent proximity to so many extra fun things to do for the family as well all within walking distance. And the waterpark is a fantastic place for families!

The rooms are very old and run down, no soap in the bathroom or shower. Good kid-friendly place but the room we had (1714) could definitely use a renovation.
