This Boutique hotel on the beach is a great option for solo travelers like myself. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar Kuomo. The food taste great the wait staff were very attentive. The property is emaculate the housekeeper Luz was super welcoming and friendly. My room was beautiful and I had a partial ocean view. The bedding super comfortable and did I say this hotel is very clean. Everyone greets you with a smile. From the front desk to the beach attendants everyone was welcoming and friendly. A lot of the staff seemed to be Bilingual communicating was easy. The location is veryconvenient 5 minutes from the airport. I really enjoued my stay. I will stay here again next time I visit P.R.

Property was clean, room was nice. No balcony for fresh air. Your right across the street from the beach. Very convenient!

The property is absolutely beautiful and really gives off a lovely Tulum vibe! That said, it is a bit on the pricey side. Unfortunately, you can’t charge food or drinks to your room, and there’s no Apple Pay, so be sure to bring your card if you want to purchase something at the bar. On a positive note, I really appreciate that they provide free chairs and umbrellas when you head to the beach! There’s someone on-site who will happily set up the chairs and umbrella for you when you mention you're part of the hotel. The pool area is fantastic too, with heated water that made for a great experience. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to rent here again!

Stayed about a week, right on the beach, super friebdly service, off your room beach chairs and umbrellas available from hotel as well as beach resturant service, pool side resureant as well as rooftop restaurant and bar.

The service is amazing. I really appreciate the people and how well we were taken care of.

This hotel is clean and has new updated decor. It also offers beach service for where you are accommodated with chairs, towels and an umbrella as well as drinks and food from the restaurant located on the property. The staff were pleasant and courteous and helpful when we asked about the property. It is walking distance from many places to eat and shop. Check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. The only con is that it does not have showers to rinse off.

This place smelt amazing, we felt verry taken care off. We were early to our check in and instead of making us wait they just put us a floor above in a room, We loved this place.

Beautiful hotel and amazing people and workers

The staff were all fantastic. Very nice people. I wasn't crazy about the room. The windows are like an office building- they don't open. The Wifi was quite spotty. The sliding door for the toilet didnt work. The clothes closet didn't close properly. The bathroom sink was beautiful but the joystick spout was weird. Small complaints, really. But I would really have loved an open window...Great beach!

7/10 dont think its worth 300/ night. Pool was leak, hot tub didn't work. Still needs painting. Ran out of welcome drinks before check in.

It was just as beautiful as the pictures on the website. The staff was really great.
