The hotel is beautiful. A lovely boutique feel with lots of greenery and fairy lights creating the perfect ambiance. The facilities are modern and clean and the pool and pool area is lovely. The hotel was not too busy so you could easily get beds around the pool without having to think about it. There were a lot of weddings taking place during the stay which felt as though as a guest of the hotel you were encroaching on someone’s special day which felt a little strange. There was no entertainment during the evening and there isn’t much available outside of the hotel so it could feel a little quiet depending on what kind of break you are looking for.

Beautiful grounds and great on-site restaurants. Nice size pool. Rooms are a bit dark and there was some water damage in our closet, but overall a wonderful stay with my kiddos and mom. Planning to stay again.

This holiday has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. This place is the perfect escape, even if just for a couple of days. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just be surrounded by beauty, this is it. The location of this hotel is truly beautiful — lush gardens, tall palm trees, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a tropical escape. It's what initially drew us in, and to be fair, the outdoor setting did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the charm ends once you step inside. The rooms are outdated, with paint peeling off the walls and a general sense of wear and neglect. We even found spiders in the room, which didn’t help the feeling of cleanliness or comfort. The biggest disappointment was the so-called “cafeteria.” We went down for a simple coffee at 9:00 AM and were told it wouldn’t be served until 9:30 — only full breakfast guests could be served at that hour. It felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily rigid.

I was disappointed to find that the hotel was preparing for a private party from Tuesday or Wednesday, which was not intended for hotel guests. This culminated in the pool being closed all day on Friday without prior notice to the guests. Although we were given access to the Jardin Milenio at a nearby hotel, it was still an unusual experience. However would stay there again!

Very professional staff, family friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay, the ambience was just perfect. All my friends and families have this place on their to go list.

It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see.

Fantastic property. Easy access to town, great parking. It's like an oasis in the town centre. Lovely gardens, small spa, outdoor pool (too cold on our visit). Also a very good breakfast. Very good and highly recommend

Nice enough hotel however not amazing. On check in the man checking us in did the bare minimum meaning we had to go back a few times for things such as card to be able to get towels for the pool which we should have been informed of on check in. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of sewage from the walk in shower. The hotel and facilities in general were very clean. The main issue was the staff in the serving area, as a whole they were slow and unhelpful. Often if we were standing at the bar they would walk past, see us and make no attempt to come and serve us (bar was empty and they were just stood in the back). Tables were often left uncleared with glasses/plates there for hours. For breakfast, again there was an issue with tables not being cleared or cleaned. We often had to clear the tables ourselves to be able to sit down and eat. There was more staff available but this didn’t change they obviously didn’t want to be there and did the bare minimum.
