The property was clean, staff was nice but the mattress was horrible! My back is killing me😩

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. There is a really nice bar and breakfast area. Our room was very nice.

Bad parking, building carpet was in bad shape had tape holding it in some spots, ceiling was cracked, bathroom had a weird smell to it, and I got charged 20 dollar fee

The property has a great location near many restaurants and stores. Very easy access to parking and a lot of places within walking distance. Comfortable and clean rooms.

While the property and staff were nice, (Honestly some of the nicest stuff I have ever encountered) there were some issues. First, for some reason right outside the hotel smells like a teenage boys armpits after playing sports all day. Second, the bed in my room was so uncomfortable I ended up having back problems the entire weekend, the half couch in the unit was easier to sleep on. Lastly, the room I was in had two false windows (interior room) but one of the windows wasn’t obfuscated and so the staff hallway had a clear view into my room. There were curtains to close over this, but it still felt creepy that staff could (I never caught anyone) watch me through a window.

The property was centrally located and I felt safe

The staff added to the positive experience. Super friendly and helpful. Sadly, the hotel offers room cleaning only every other day. Since I was off the 2-day cleaning cycle, my room remained without cleaning for 3 of my 4-day stay. I love the location of the hotel; very central to Killeen.
