Room was clean and service was amazing, food at the buffet was good but the restaurant even better, bars were great!

It was pretty good overall...though the air conditioning did not work and it took many requests to get it to work. Food was good. Pool was good.

The staff provide outstanding service. We had the same housekeeper for 2 weeks, Fabiola. She was the best housekeeper I've ever had at any hotel.

The fruit did not have the freshest taste but the rest of the food was good.

Rooms really clean

The rooms are clean. But there was no turn down service as promised for Royal upgraded guests. Welcoming staff are not to impressive. The 7th floor check in is not any more convenient nor special. We were expecting welcome drinks for we were very thirsty from our long flight. We went to the bar and noone is there to assist. The staff during our stay are fabulous. The staff in the cabanas and lunge chairs are so attentive. We hope that snacks are served too in the bars.

Breakfast was good, but with room for opportunity. Coffee did not have a good taste either. The room we received did have a horrible smell to it, communication was given to staff and they provided a deep clean which did not help at all. Second claim was made and a second room was given with much better smell. As far as the Bar, drinks were not good, it tasted as if the drinks were watered down, really no alcohol flavor, the drink cups provided looked like they could be replaced with new ones, and staff seemed to incline more to foreigners than their own kind, staff didn’t seem to provide a welcoming astute towards me or my family.

Very nice resort right on beach. Very clean and friendly staff. Lots of amenities while still walkable everywhere.

Breakfast was good, but choices were limited. There was no snack bar that you can go to anytime of day or night. Of all the restaurants that we had dinner at, the best was Los Olivos while the worst was n̈the one on the 7th floor. The steak was not good and the grilled salmon did not look or taste grilled. Overall, service was good. Staff were.friendly

The staff were excellent and the property was always clean. Very friendly atmosphere and always had activities available and easy access to tours. Would visit again! :)

The overall resort was extremely clean and well kept. And the staff was very friendly. Some key things that could be improved upon was the fact there is a lot of stairs. I have a bad knee and that was a big factor for me. And I saw other older people struggling with them too. Especially in the main buffet area that had stairs going up to it. Seemed kind of dangerous to have to carry a glass plate of food up and down the stairs. They also need an area where you can get tea/coffee and just little snacks like muffins etc…in the morning for those who don’t want to sit for a full breakfast. Other than that, we had a great time and loved the nightly entertainment that was provided. Will definitely visit again!

Great selection of food. Second time here, staff are outstanding

We were disappointed that the high-end restaurants were available to us as an all-inclusive only every other day, even when we offered to pay extra. Drinks were watered down. It’s best to order a drink and a shot and then poor the shot into the exiting drink. Would expect more servers on the patio and the beach itself. Beautiful sunsets and good shows in the evening.

This hotel was was amazing. It was so clean well organized staff and extremely helpful. The pool was great just the perfect size. The bar staff was amazing and entertaining. There were activities almost every hour so kept the guests busy. I would stay here again, planning our next trip in August
