Excellent location for my hospital appointments. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Great daily breakfast.

The staff was great. Breakfast had a good selection; bacon, Hashbrowns, eggs, bagels, pancakes, muffins etc. The only downer is the rooms don’t seem very soundproof. We could hear footsteps of the person above us, who woke up very early and for some reason seemed to pace in their room for over an hour.

It was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good and fresh.

We are older people. The toilet and sink in the washroom were very low, it felt like it was built for children. The pillows hurt our necks they were too thick. Everything else was great. The staff in the front were very accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only disappointment was the water slide wasn't working. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Everything was clean and good

Great place to stay for my family (2 adults, a 5 y/o, and a toddler) Swimming pool was good, but the slide was out of order. Breakfast was good (reminders me of Ikea - eggs, bacon, and sausage [tho the sausages and bacon were a little salty]) Customer service was excellent

The room and amenities were adequate. Great, central location. Unfortunately, the water slide was broken. This was very disappointing as it was the main reason we selected this hotel.

Hot tub was out of order so I wasn't able to enjoy it.i did use the pool and had a nice swim.i didn't use the air conditioning as I opened the window .

Air-conditioning was very powerful and effective

Hot tub was great but beds are aging and need replacing. Otherwise good facility with bkfst included.
