My family and kid REALLY disliked this property. Animation team sucks. No free games for kids. The girl Betty at front desk has no kind of respect or courtesy whatsoever. Hotel is very money hungry. We have NEVER had to pay to play pool or any kids games on top of they never had change the 4 days we stood. So we could not enjoy any activitys during our stay. We will NEVER stay at a catalonia resort ever again at any part of the world. I can go on and on.

The property is small , all Walking distance to every section of the resort. , that was a plus, but then you can see the staff is not happy to be there , towel guy was rude, even though all the people there waiting for towels for couple hours were patient , buffet staff: they would see you waiting and ignoring you , waiting for the next waiter to come, you’ll ask for something and they would act like you are a nobody. The bartenders at the bar at night time were nice and happy , but then during the day the ladies bartenders would be talking among themselves and wouldn't come to you to offer you anything, they signal you to come to them to the other side even though you can see they weren't doing anything , The rooms were old, clean yes but old.

La habitación tienen un mal olor a poop horrible , la habitación necesita mejor mantenimiento el staff es muy amable y me cambiaron de habitación pero la otra habitación tenía el mismo problema!!! Lo toilet no flush properly!!!! Food was good , very big poor staff muy amble y muy lindo resort completo tiene hasta famarcia y todos los que pueda necesita durante tu vacaciones

This is our second stay at this resort, good people friendly staff, everything OK. But, this time my wife had headache and we needed tablets like Tylenol or Advil, we went to doctor’s office at the resort, asked about headache, we would like to get some recommendations about local medication or Tylenol here or there located drugstore,, and “doctor” told us, we need to take consultation with doctor to see patient what’s going on with her and after doctor will give a prescription whatever medication need, and we need to pay $200 for consultation, really? Visit to doctor in DR is $200? If it’s for tourist only then it’s real discrimination, and that’s part of Hotel’s responsibility. For that point I would rate 3* instead of 5.

Beach was pretty dirty from weed every day,you couldn’t get cappuccino or espresso until 9am in the morning,people on a beach who are selling excursions and braiding hair were to much.

Very nice Bed hard

The rooms were so dirty, beds were hard and squeaked, flat pillows. Phone would ring all hours of the night for no reason. Shower was tiny. The front staff was absolutely horrible, they even put us in rooms with no electricity when I demanded new rooms they acted like they didn’t know there was no electricity and it has been out for hours. The rooms we moved to were awful. They stole clothes from our rooms. I will never return this place was by far the worse “resort” ever in all my years of traveling

The resort and the grounds around the resort are beautiful. Lots of chairs on the beach. The food was good, loved the steak house. Our room was just ok. Definitely needed some TLC. The patio & closet doors were hard to open and close. There was a sewer smell that was worse certain times of the day. Toilet didn’t always flush. I would go back if they fixed and updated the rooms.

We did stay Catalonia Punta Cana all inclusive for 9 days we did not have TV 📺 workin !! My husband have brain injury ca!!! We did asked information people every day !! They doing work!!!!! They should change our room ???

The Staff is very helpful and they are customer service driven 24/7. Call to get service in my mini bar refrigerator and in 10 mins was a maintenance guy resolving my issue, restaurant staff always trying to accommodate your needs and desires. Bartenders always taking care of you with fast and clever ways to find something you may like to try. The entertainment group for the night show is excellent!! The Dance team are Vegas level

We loved the friendly and attentive staff, the food variety, the activities throughout the day geared to adults and children.
