Please be honest and provide proof. Is it true that the Traveloka system can't connect to this resort's system? Because, in my two stays, whenever there were problems, the staff always gave the excuse that the Traveloka system wasn't connected to this resort. Some staff even said the resort was no longer partnered with Traveloka.
If this is true, please fix Traveloka's system so we as consumers can feel safe when booking through Traveloka without worrying about problems like unavailable rooms or rooms not including breakfast, even though I always book rooms with breakfast.
But if the staff are lying, please take action against such unprofessional staff. This isn't the first time staff have claimed the Traveloka system isn't connected to the resort's system.
I actually like staying at this resort.
But after experiencing unpleasant experiences with the staff twice, I'm reluctant to stay here again.
My message to this resort: you might feel like you're not losing out on just one customer, but it's okay for me not to stay at your resort.
I hope this doesn't happen to other customers.
