Around midnight there were people in the hallway smoking dope and smell came into my room. I turned on the bathroom fan but it only made it worse. Not a good night.

Best thing about this place is the front desk staff. They make my time spent away from home feel like they are my new neighbors. Again the price is on point for weekly or monthly stays. You would expect to pay more but nope it’s perfectly reasonable

Always a pleasure to stay here when I need to get away from home. Been here many times even months at time. The affordability and location is great. Staff on point. Front desk makes me feel right at home. From dishes to fresh linens and the ability to do my laundry at my leisure. You can’t get anything better. Great example of Extended Stay Germantown West

older hotel-room was basic and clean. bed was comfortable. Phone, TV, and electrical outlet at desk did not work throughout stay-reported to front desk on arrival and work order was placed but no repairs occurred. very frustrating. free breakfast is coffee, packets of grits to make, choice of muffins and or granola bars-no hot food-located in a cabinet next to front door of hotel (not in a room, no seating-grab and go. air conditioner in room worked well, but extremely noisy. Kitchenette empty-requested supplies at desk and was handed 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 plastic cup with a fork and spoon, a small coffee maker and 1 filter and packet of coffee. No pots or cups.

Comfortable beds. Only complaint is the grab and go breakfast was unavailable during the hours posted.

The lady was rude and mean.

The dang elevator needs to be maintained so it can be available the next time I check in for a week stay. Other than that the cost overall is suitable for the amenities and living arrangements

I thought at this point all hotels had grab bars for safety in tubs . They did not .the hotel is not bad , but needs updating.

For the price the hotel met our need of a place to sleep overnight. Butvthe condition of the property was very bad. The exterior entryway had colllapsed so there was police tape all over the entrance and the elevator was "out of order" so we carried our bags up the stairs. We usually stay at a Hampton Inn when we are in Memphis and will be going back to that.

We were suppose to have a double suite and needed up with a king suite, which didn’t work out well for having kids with us

Staff really friendly.

They're in need of an upgrade and a better cleaning crew, BUT the staff was very nice. Main issue is the cleaniness of the rooms. I decided not to stay in the room and got my refund back with no issues

PLace was old dirty and felt and looked not clean. staff was nice but i could not stay even 2 hours there due to the filth and smell. I checked out and manager gave me a refund

Front desk staff was amazing! She checked the room herself and then walked me to the room so I could see if it was what I wanted before checking me in. Very friendly!
