Air con did not work properly. Bed and pillow uncomfortable.

This is a nice hotel, clean and staff are friendly. Paid for a superior room but was given a normal room. When pointed this out was told it was their mistake but no superior rooms available that night (even though what we had booked) and they would move next day which they did, but no refund offered. Superior room very nice but could be excellent if they added a mini fridge, and decent outdoor furniture on tbe large balcony. Overall would stay here again though.

Staff was very helpful and polite.

Central location

the hotel was clean and in a great location. however, no access to water, bar was never opened, and food was just ok.

The room was somewhat clean but the walls were stained in some areas with who knows what. The room is in need of some major repairs. Broken toilet seat, broken art, broken bathroom door, broken lamps, peeling paint. Just years overdue of a renovation.

Great location in the heart of Faro, near the old town and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable room, clean and great to have the facility to make hot drinks. The little balcony was a nice surprise too!

It would be nice to have a small fridge! Otherwise, best stay!! The location is absolutely best!

The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet. The toilet itself is so close to the shower that you have to sit on it sideways and it hadn't been cleaned under the rim for a long time! Shower room walls streaked and dirty. The air con (kept the room nice and cool) dripped water on the carpet overnight, soaking it. WiFi very good, bed clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a terrible air conditioning system that makes extremely strong noise at night. Even with earplugs you won’t be able to sleep. It’s very poorly maintained.

Not keen on the breakfast menu. Not much on offer regarding drinks in the room, cardboard xup

Greay stay. Close to everything we needed. Hotel is fine. Cheap and easy to get around, exactly what we were looking for
