The location was excellent! You can walk to everything. The food they had for buffet breakfast was one of the best we ever had. The staff was very friendly.

The Strand was a great choice for us. It was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and we went there every morning. Also the free wifi was about the best I’ve seen in hotel

This property is well located for touring around the city. Right on the water and close to Nyhavn. The breakfast is wonderful, lots of variety and well planned out. The rooms are a bit tight, the bathroom is spacious. The staff (Anne) was extremely helpful and so friendly, we really would recommend this hotel.

Location and room were great!

This hotel is in such a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Right on the doorstep on Nyhavn canal and in walking distance of most spots, with the metro just a 10 minute walk away. Despite the closeness, the harbour side location meant it had a quieter feeling then some of the busy areas. The staff at the hotel were excellent throughout our whole trip, going beyond and helping us plan our days, with suggestions on how to get the places we wanted to visit as well as giving food recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

This is our second stay. We love the hotel, on the canal. Rooms small but that ok as prefer to be out. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast fantastic. Hired bikes too,

Good and quiet location - not far from Kongens Nytorv (public transportation) and Nyhavn. Friendly, professional staff. 24/7 staffed front desk (we checked in after midnight). Excellent breakfast buffet!

This is an excellent hotel—highly recommended. It is in a perfect location and offers a fantastic breakfast. The only thing is that the twin beds need longer pillows. I have never seen those very short pillows before. I would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Room is tiny. Breakfast was excellent. I’m currently in Edinburgh at a 5 star hotel at the Caledonia and the breakfast at the Copenhagen strand is so much better than here! Very good quality and a lot of variety.

Staff excellent, rooms comfortable and clean, a great shower. Breakfast was good but not great gluten free options for a coeliac. Location was excellent.
