Overall a decent hotel. Price was a bit more than I normally expect to pay for this level of hotel, but EAA Airventure was happening, so there was a bit of an increase for that I would imagine.

Front desk staff was not friendly, the lobby was not clean.

Nice sized room. Bathroom was nice. My only suggestions would be to have a night light in the bathroom for midnight trips.

Very dirty hotel

The pool was indoors and was not crowded. Breakfast was simple and we skipped it most mornings. Staff was kind and welcoming. Check out and in were a breeze. I would not stay there again but i would recommend it. Nothing wrong with the place but there are better hotels at the same price point. (Newer construction, better amenities, location). BONUS: Culvers is accross from the hotel.

Should have elevator

It’s a hotel off the freeway in a relatively small town really meant for people traveling long distances to get a room for the night . My wife and I wanted to get away for the night just for something different. This hotel doesn’t have any thing special going for it, but it’s not horrible. I would say it’s just average.

Good experience. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. And coffee when we needed it!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean enough to enjoy the stay.

The rooms are old and outdated. Paint crunbling off the bathroom doorframe,dusty old furniture, couch springs squeek when sitting on it, small tv, wooden furniture was cracked and coming apart. The location is great but thats about the only good thing.

The second time I’ve stayed here. The first time was better. The staff was friendly, the room was cheap, the bed was always made when I got back at the end of the day sometimes with the same sheets and I always had clean towels. My only complaints were the shower got warm not hot and the breakfast wasn’t good. But I would stay here again.

Nice to make reservations online and find out that the place is very nice. Happy with everything.

Had some significant issue with checking into the hotel based on the reservation sent from Hotels.com to this hotel, but Richard at the front desk was great and helped my work through the frustrating issue. It got to the point that he just got me a room and dealt with Hotels.com with his manager behind the scenes. Shortly after getting settled into the room, he called to say that everything had been worked out and apologized for the inconvenience (which was not caused by him or the hotel). Thank you, Richard!

The gentleman that checked me in for my stay was nice but I was with my teenage daughter and her friend and they were very bummed out because there was only 2 options
