Sam is amazing

We liked the convenience of the Days Inn Fleet services. Unfortunately the room was set up for on2 person and not a couple. With one of everything which was a shame. Very comfortable room.

Great location, very handy for the motorway

This was convenient and was very clean and the staff were excellent However I would say that as it’s on the westbound side the navigation via post code needs to be more clear via Sat nav.

On arrival I was told there was a £5 parking fee to be paid, attached is a screenshot from hotels.com website clearly stating free self parking. I was informed free parking is not offered to Expedia bookings and had to pay this fee if I wanted to stay the night. Please be aware that there can be incorrect information regarding extra fees on the hotels.com website.

Good size room and walking distance from the motorway services.

The staff were very helpful It could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathroom

I’ve thought it was good enough for a quick stay and is really reasonably priced and fine ! No frills, we noticed security walking round the car park late at night which we were very impressed with, and secure! The only problem is once you pull on the services it needs to be signed posted better!

Lovely room, very clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Diana was very professional and handled my moan about having to pay for parking (never had that anywhere else!).

The team were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Lets be honest it's £50 so your not getting chocolates and a turn down service. That said the team were great can't do enough for you.

Smelled a bit like a hospital. It was convenient, but thats all

Donot get trapped by cheap prices it’s probably the American site and they add £20 charges without telling you and information is hidden. They then charge you £5 to park which they don’t do if you book on uk site. Just a rip off.

The carpet looks dirty, the room is basic it's ok but the staff, didn't get her name, on shift on night of 3 & 4 Mar, she was lovely! She made our stay enjoyable. 5 stars to her!

A basic hotel at an affordable price Limited facilities( no catering at the hotel) and as it’s located at motorway service area So inflated prices for and food and drinks That need to be purchased at the service area outlets

Room was really spacious and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the M3. Ideal for my business trip.
