Great overnight stay before catching cruise link early next morning

I didn’t stay, this was a mistaken booking. I could t get a refund or credit. Will not use this chain again.

Bed was comfy Wi-Fi didn’t work signal was slow I had 3 dead moths and a few live ones

A good location, with lots of amenities nearby and very helpful staff.

Everything to hand .

Nice hotel. Only complaint was there were only 2 plug sockets and they were not near the beds

Peaceful stay, no problems

It’s a highway stop type inn. It served the purpose we needed. Break-fast included was at the service stop and was sort of a hit break-fast, was okay. Staff were pleasant. Room was very basic, but good enough for what we needed. No fridge in the room though.

Dated but clean. Bit of a cheek having to pay to leave car in the car park.

it was very convenient as it is near service station, cheap and comfortable

Noisy upstairs neighbours bath dirty curtain fell down wasnt secured also charge extra £10 for parking which was included in price

Friendly staff at check in which was quick and easy

Tv had only 1 channel, lady on reception was not very helpful , also had to pay to park there overnight

Was so loud didn’t expect it to be as noisy as it was, maybe a mistake on my part by booking a hotel on the motorway.

It was quite convenient and only downside is that you have to pay for parking on site which is quite surprising for a hotel

The rooms are always clean and comfortable, with very polite and friendly reception staff. Slightly disappointed about the additional charges for parking but I imagine that is down to the land owners imposing charges on the businss, which is a shame.

Stay was good room was clean with amenities beds comfortable, no public toilet or bar facilities but nice place would recommend
