Dear Quality Inn Management, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Quality Inn, 1403 Tallahassee Hwy, Bainbridge, GA. We booked your hotel for its pool, but it was closed all weekend without prior notice, disappointing our children. Additional issues included no extra pillows available, a broken bed that was unsafe and uncomfortable, a gym filled with storage and bugs, and the hotel running out of toilet paper. This stay fell far below expectations. I am requesting a full refund and a prompt response on how this will be resolved. Sincerely,

Overall the property was ok, the desk chair in my room was broken, the other lounge chair was dirty and stained, and the shower curtain rod was loose which caused the shower curtain to keep coming open while trying to shower.

The stay was very uncomfortable. It was people hanging out on the balconies. People walking the premises. The tv/cable did not work and they did not inform us until after we had checked in. They said it was an outage, however no one else had an outage. Just not a good experience at all.

Room somewhat updated but old curtains and cracks in the ceiling No phone in our room and television not working. If there’s a satellite problem they should have told me at check in. I will look further in my next trip to Bainbridge

The rooms was disgusting. Only half the room look like it had been vacuumed. The sheets had stains on them. The comforter had some sort of stain on it. The duvet cover had holes in it. It looked like there is throw up on the baseboards of the bed. We found somebody's old shoe insert and a compact of makeup under the bed so they obviously didn't clean very well. There was mold on the curtains. The refrigerator was covered in dust and grime. The air filters were filled with dust. But the worst thing was there is a spider that played hide and seek with us in the AC unit and a very large spider joined me in the bathroom in the middle of the night until my cat chased it back into a hole in the wall. And then the next morning a roach joined me in the bathroom and that was my tipping point and we left. I could not handle another night there. I was up half the night terrified of bugs joining me in bed so I barely got any sleep

Check in was a 30 minute ordeal but the staff was courteous and truthful about the property. The room I finally received appeared to be clean until the lights went out… the roaches came out to play. It was so bad (roaches crawling in the bed with us) that we left in the middle of the night. I DO NOT recommend this property. I suggest they close and do a thorough extermination AND update features.

We immediately checked out after arrival. The room was filthy. There were water bugs, stained carpet, and stained chairs. We are requesting a full refund for both nights. Pictures were taken for proof.

Besides a broken bed, the front office staff seem to be fraudulently billing by double billing. I had paid via Expedia and upon check-in was asked to pay again. Spent 2 hours getting that corrected. I checked out today and now have been double billed for my dog. I was told it was $20 a night and they've charged me $40. As a fraud analyst, this indicates an issue with it happening twice in one stay. The staff doesn't seem to care about the time I have to take to push them to correct these double billings. Their corporate office really needs to take a look at this hotel as they are giving my hometown a real bad look. Besides the fraud concern, who wants you sleep on a broken bed?

Lobby was locked, had a sign to go to night window. Window had a sign to call a number, no one answer after multiple attempts to call. Had a ring camera beside window, no one answered that either after several attempts. We were unable to check in and still charged for the night!!!!

The staff were not friendly and very rude. When I was trying to book the room I asked did they give a business discount and was told "No!" and she turned her back on me and walked away, so I booked the room on Hotels.com website and they became extremely rude after that. The cleaning staff did a very good job on making sure the room was in prestine shape. And their Continental breakfast came with some mold on their danishes, the orange juice was so watered down it tasted like a hint of flavored water, so I switched to apple juice and it was great. So make sure you check EVERYTHING before you eat ANYTHING there.
