Great location - close to everything

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at The Sebel Viaduct Auckland. We were greeted with friendly helpful staff , an amazing location , and a very comfortable clean room. We really enjoyed the proximity to great restaurants and local sights! We will definitely stay again on a returning visit to NZ 😊

Didn't use pool and only used jug and toaster.

Clean, comfortable and central location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Was able to check-in early. Only stayed 1 night but would highly recommend and stay there again. Thank you Hotel Sebel

great room but location is extremely noisy - turns out there's a karaoke bar next door. other than that, the hotel itself was a great location and great place to stay! would totally book again, just not over the summer holidays

Lovely spacious unit with great outlook. A little dated, due for a refurb. A horrible smell kept coming from floor grate in bathroom.

Dont know. Didnt go to cook. In general thr entire place is dated and worn out . In definate need of a top to toe refurbishment. Very disappointing actually as it was not cheap.

Great service from the Sebel staff they made my 40th a stress free day

3rd floor first room, the bedroom faces straight into three other balconies 10 meters away so anyone on their balcony can look straight in as you’re lying on your bed! The view from your bed is not a sea view however if you go out onto the balcony you can then see the harbour to the far right. This company really needs to take better care and make sure their cleaning staff do their job. The carpets were stained. There was a stain on the couch and both the bathroom door and the bedroom door top two hinges had come away from the frame so you were unable to close the door properly. The location is fantastic but do bear in mind that there are very busy restaurants directly below and the sound carries until 12 midnight.
