Understandable we arrived @ 2:30 Instead of 4:00. We thought we would check for our room. It’s sometimes hard to plan exactly. Down desk told us it was not quite ready, to come back in 1/2. We came back in 1 hr and it was still not ready. Desk staff then stated “ we’ll check in isn’t til 4:00. After travelling 4 hrs, we didn’t need her attitude. Why tell us to come in 1/2 hr. We under

The property is close to the market and a good spot for visitors.

The staff are great. No complaints except the pool. Thats not the staffs fault but my goodness. It is in rough rough shape, looks nothing like the pictures, feels dirty and we had to leave after 10 minutes because my sons eyes were red and burning.

So nice! Rooms were clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean & quiet in our room. The view was pathetic that overlooked roof air conditioner, which wasn't too pretty. No little table in the room so we could have a drink & bite to eat. We used the window ledge instead. We tried to spend as little time in there but did have a nice sleep. Checked out before 8am..

Room was very nice...we were very happy Across the street there were some stores and restaurants and boardwalk was also close by. Big stores were a short drive away

Friendly staff and pet friendly hotel. Free breakfast buffet, great spread....Our room had a large tub with jet water. The rooms were quite large, nice furniture, but blank walls and no art, just a bad print which had nothing to do with the loyalist theme.

Needs some updating in bathroom. Lamp next bed did not work even though bulb was ok when checked.

It was clean. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The price was good. The breakfast was included and it was very good. But most of all it was the friendly helpful staff

Summerside is a lovely town and the Loyalist has a great location overlooking the waterfront.

Nice place, very friendly staff…..would stay again

The staff were wonderful, friendly & welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great, fresh home cooked, no fake eggs. The TV in the rooms needs to be higher up because the beds are high but super comfy. Very clean & I love the pets are welcome!!
