Cute stop. Has a motel feel, but in a good way.

Very nice hotel with great location . Very clean comfortable rooms .

The property was well Maintained. What you would expect from an Inn. Breakfast was good. On the water. There was one staff member who was rude. But everyone else was lovely.

We had a great stay in our executive queen room. The room was clean and spacious and tge beds were very comfortable. Our wing of the hotel was very quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. There were lots of choices at breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Thankfully we are no longer dealing with COVID. I would expect housekeeping to check the for three night stay. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

The room was clean, the hallways needed vacuumed as there was red dirt chunks from construction employees. It was there for days. Heating didn’t work in my room but staff fixed it as soon as I told them. The staff were friendly and helpful.

When we first arrived they didn't give me the room I asked for 3 months ago when I made the reservation, they should of let us know that the hotel was booked for a convention for narcotics anonymous, the hotel was full of skechy looking people , I wasn't comfortable waking alone in the stairwells and hallways, there was dogs and smoking of everything at every door way. It's a very noisy hotel I could hear the snoring in the next room, the only good thing is that it was clean and there was a good breakfast.

Location close to water in downtown Summerside is great. Breakfast was included each morning. There's an indoor pool. Room was large. Only minor complaint was the room phone didn't work.

Food in lounge was very good. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful & polite. Breakfast buffet was quite basic. More choices would be better.

Overall our experience was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the shower handle breaking in our room but when I went to the front desk to explain what happened, the agent was incredibly understanding and quick to assist, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our needs, very close to the rink (we were in town for a hockey tournament) and just a short drive to stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Room clean, staff courteous. Breakfast was definitely not worth $25.00.

The room was lovely, however, the shower in my room was broken and only had the hottest setting and wouldn't let me switch the water temperature. Breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately (this is no reflection on the hotel) what made my stay 3 stars was the hockey team roaming the halls until 1am. Sleep was minimal. The hotel staff did what they can - but when parents don't care their children are disturbing others there's not much they can do.
