My husband was not able to park the car, got stuck in the snow and ice. The parking lot was not cleared of snow from the snow storm four days ago. We had to go to the hotel next door. Their parking lot was completely cleared of snow, many parking spots were available.

Staff was friendly. Gas station is close by even walking distance. Was very clean. Breakfast was very basic but enough to get by for the kids. This is our second stay at the Days Inn. We will be back soon.

Everyone was great. Room very clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the indoor pool was not heated and very cold. Could not enjoy the pool which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Other than the pool being cold, everything was Awesome!!!!

Room wasn’t very clean, literal boogers on the bathroom wall, rust around the bathroom door, chair in room smelled like the person before us had peed all over it and the heater, half the room doors had gaps and didn’t look very secure! Pool was always being cleaned but still had nasty black floatys or paint chips from the ceiling.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and when I arrived, it was shut down and had been shut down for a month. By the health department. The ceiling was falling down on the second floor. There was broken floor tile in the bathroom that someone had used caulking to Try and repair. There was a broken light switch just a few inches from the shower and the showerhead was unscrewed spraying water everywhere when I turned it on. One of the electrical receptacles next to the desk was loose and short-circuiting. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy behind the desk, claimed to be the manager, but then recanted and apologized for lying to me. This place is an utter disaster and needs to be shut down by the health department. They blamed the Expedia not their website about the pool closure. They failed to maintain their breakfast area so many other guests were unable to utilize the continental breakfast. There was little to no managerial oversight for this facility. It was a complete abomination and the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 45 years on this planet.

Unsettling in cleanliness and apparent structural integrity. Pool was closed by the KC Health Department, unfortunate as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast included extremely limited options, and the appliances and serving areas were dirty. Cheap pricing (ish). Far from everything. Shuttle service from airport was convenient albeit a tad suspicious. Random wrapper on top of the bed upon arrival. Bathroom ceiling caving in. No water or vending area. Key card regularly ceased to function, requiring help from front desk staff each time. Huge bed in the King Suite! Best part of our stay was the gas station in walking distance. They at least had water, tampons, and coffee. Serves just fine solely as a place to sleep. Don’t expect glamour or even general comfort. Spend your money elsewhere, probably. Best wishes to any employees who are trying to give guests an enjoyable experience.

Zero positive to report about this property or how it's been mngd/maintained aside from the fact they didn't argue about cancelling the room with full refund. Arrived to a worn out looking entryway, sticky lobby floors (yup... sticky),ayupa dishevelled front desk. Add some foul chemical-flowery deodourizer smell like cheap potpourri to that mix. On the desk was a sign that did NOT look like it recently put out..... "Pool Closed For Maintenance Sorry for Any Inconvenience, Mgmt". When I suggested a rate reduction due to the amenity being unavailable, clerk snickered through a "no, sorry we can't do that". Same clerk then yammered and muttered in punjabi (yes, I'm loosely familiar with the language) on a personal call through his earbuds while he ran my card and checked us in. Gave it a chance and took the key cards anyway given we'd been on the road all day and needed to crash. Elevator was beat up and produced a noise that made me question whether or not it could even do the job, and hallways and room were dark and dingy and stank of the same fragranced deodourizer from the lobby. Not even CLOSE to the images presented online. Not even close. Beds were so crooked out of level it was visible to the eye, carpet itself felt as if there was some sort of filthy residue all over it, furniture was mismatched and of garage-sale quality, and beds looked as if a disgruntled 9 yr old made them up. Would rather have slept in my truck. We reeked of the place after 2 min in the room. Gross

When we first arrived at property had to wait 10 mins to check in because they were at the airport, the room smelled musty and the bed was on a metal frame to squeaked everything time you moved. The security door on the side of the building did not even lock so you didn’t need to use your cars to open it. There was no where to park when we came back from dinner and had to park in the hotel lot next door. Would not recommend.

There’s zero parking! Pool was shut down by health department. Sheets were dirty. Front desk agent didn’t seem to care about our complaints. Save yourself a headache and stay some where else this place is awful

The rooms smelled like weed, the bathroom was covered in mud/grime, the beds had metal bases so when you moved it made sounds, ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING, people were parking in the grass and sidewalk. The clerk at the desk didn’t tell us where the elevator was to get to our room. He didn’t write down our room number. The bed in the room was saggy, and the pillowcases were extremely wrinkled. Stay.
