Old property damp smell, room not clean, not a new property

The property is ok it’s not a new building so you have that old smell in the building and it’s because of the carpet

The elevator didn't work due to a blackout the day before but staff keptmteying and we almost got stuck in it. The hotel restaurant had only limited options from the menu and it took a very long time and there were not many good eating options within comfortable walking distance. Two of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, but one sat on his phone for five minutes before looking up to attend to us. The bathroom was moldy and the room was NOT as in the pictures. I would NOT stay here.

Great value for the price

The pictures didn’t represent our experience at all at the hotel. It’s in poor condition and needs some serious upgrades. Good thing we arrived late and didn’t stay more than about 12 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Buen hotel. Recomendado.

I like the hoyel, but they werent clear about pet friendly and I have to pay a lot for my dogs.

Hotel esta en una area que esta sercas de todo! Las recamaras no se veian como en las fotos. Un poco desempcionado, pero buen hotel nada mas para ir a dormir.

Door did not have a lock (was broke) there was no bath rug in shower room and there was no iron.

Roaches. People drinking in the lobby. I would not bring small kids here.

Very convenient location, check in person could be more friendly. My checkin was late 11pm but still practice customer skills young man at check in.
