Muy sucio que hasta cucharas hay y aparte se fue la luz desde una noche y al siguiente día era la 1 pm y todavía no tenían luz y hacía un calor insoportable, además parece que el cuarto del hotel hay topes para carros por que el piso todo levantado, es la primera vez que pongo un comentario pero sea necesario no dejar pasar todo eso. Terrible el hotel

Las toallas son muy viejas… algunas con hoyos o deshilachadas. El personal amable. Hay Mc Donalds y Santander a dos cuadras y un Seven pasando la calle. La calle peatonal de donde empieza (o termina a 4 calles) y la Macroplaza a 15 minutos a pie. El gym es muy pequeño y la alberca funcional. El buffet bueno… por $205 pesos.

Not a 4-star Hotel. Only soap and shampoo are ready. Shade not enough wide to cover window. Bright lights into the room.

Room was clean and central location

The staff were very friendly and handled many guests arriving for the World Cup game extremely well when I arrived there. The luggage check-in is available, and the breakfast buffet was excellent (freshly squeezed orange juice, too!). The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Monterrey Metro stations by walk.

Clean room, breakfast

Good location, great supportive staff, but building is a little rundown and it could use many upgrades. Staff were helpful and attentive, which helped to have a better experience in this hotel, considering the place was not at the level for the price it charges.

The property is decent, the staff were nice and the breakfast was great! Our room was cleaned daily(the cleaning crew were phenomenal!) and when asked for clean towels, there were no issues. The a/c keep the room cool.

My room was dirty and smelt of moisture. Should not be 4 stars at all. Multiple other people were also complaining of the same thing. Very disappointed with this hotel and the staff.

Room was nice, staff were okay, didnt try the breakfast and ac made a lot of noise but worked pretty good. I was mad because when a made the reservation thru expedia I was supposed to pay around $60-$70 for 1 night and I ended up paying $104 which didnt make sense but i didnt want to look for another hotel at the time.

The room was interesting, they gave us dirty sheets and some of the furniture had stains. Curtains were burned and bathroom door was damaged due to the humidity or water damage Very unhappy about our stay. Only good thing was the staff, they were very nice.

Pet friendly parking has a pool

Nightmare ! No towels ! Went to front desk and requested and all they said that they will be there in a minute and never arrived !
