Really lovely smaller hotel, clean, friendly and very happy about tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was delicious too.

Its a run down property.

Just the walk to go and get my key that would put me off .

We had a family room which was a decent size. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. The room smelled like old smoke. The room was extemely warm with just a fan in each room so it was very uncomfortable. Check in was at another hotel which was a big hassle to park nearby. There is no staff at this hotel. Only book this if there isn't something else.

The price and eara was good.

I was here with my husband and 3 kids in a family room. Perfect location. Check in at the Plaza down the road. Coffee vending machine is very convenient. Clean and comfortable. The cabinet kitchen made my stay much much easier. Price is not on budget for a family. I'll definitely book again here

The hotel is in a perfect location in downtown vasteras!!! You can walk everywhere including the train station, downtown, the water, and the many beautiful parks! The room was simple and clean. Just what I needed. It’s downtown so I enjoyed hearing the night sounds. Perfect for people who enjoy the sounds of nightlife. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that it was hot at night and I could not open the window all the way due to safety issues (third floor). If I could have opened the window it would have been fine because the night air is cool. They brought a fan which helped. I had difficulty sleeping at night sometimes, because of the heat Good value for the price if on a budget.

Had a good stay and it’s an ok hotel. I can recommend the sky gym at the sister hotel in Skrapan just a couple of minutes down the street. Amazing view of the city from the 22nd floor. Free to use when you stay at Best Western Esplanade.

Centrally located, staff spoke English which helped. They were friendly and informative. Breakfast was included and had good selection of hot or cold items. Hotel only 600m from train station.

This was a pretty good hotel, not luxury but comfortable, clean, quiet, good breakfast and good staff that were helpful.

Good stay as my usual hotel was full. Would stay here again! There is no restaurant onsite but plenty of places nearby as a good location Local eateries very reasonable for Sweden and highly recfommended. All staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms, limited English TV but not a problem, good wifi - brand new beds arrived for the whole hotel for my 2nd night, so was the first to sleep on the new beds! Would recommend. Handy for station to Stockholm and short taxi to Vasteras airport for London Stansted flights.

Tried to charge me for 'vandalising' the room, which i am contesting.

Very nice guy at checkin at checkout there was a lady a bit grumpy.

Comfortable and quite

I know it was probably unusally warm for the time of year but would have loved Air conditioning. Appreciate there was a fan, but sometimes you just need a blast of cold air.

Great location and good service!

Friendly staff, clean sizeable room, great location. Only negative was that there was no restaurant but it gave me an opportunity to sample the area around the hotel which was very nice.

Great staff and amazing breakfast. Comfortable modern rooms.
