Beautifully restored historical hotel

Loved the room, it was spacious.

Amazing stay! We had to change reservations at the last minute and didn’t know anything about the Cliff House and it turned out to be the best part of our trip

Fun weekend getaway. Right in downtown

Shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were empty which was discovered mid shower. Also, our room looked out onto a dirt embankment. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive.

Cliff House is a beautiful facility. The staff is amazing and super attentive. The air conditioning was not working in parts of the building but the staff moved us to a different room and took care of us perfectly.

Manitou Springs is a really cute town. However Im unsure if Id ever stay at the cliff house again. Besides the fact the only parking option is either $20 valet a night or paid street parking, our fireplace didnt work and our bath tub jets didnt work. Realistically for the price, parking really should be included lol.

This grand old historic mountain hotel has a charming but faded elegance

Ac not working

Our stay was for a special occasion and to check off a bucket list to climb the Incline. The Cliff House was so historically excellent and different for us. The only thing we think would improve this is if the hotel host could provide information about the incline and how to get reservations as we didn't now reservations were required.

Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice! Close to all the shops.
