For my stay, it’s bad experience. Actually, just 3.5 star-hotel, anyway, it’s cheap and convenient, maybe it’s worth your money. Pro: 1. Breakfast is so good!! While price is very cheap. 2. Room is spacious like picture. Bed is comfortable. 3. For airport hotel, it’s convenient and near airport. If you have at least 2 people, I recommend Bolt, Uber. It’s only £8.5, cheaper and more convenient than bus and taxi. Con: 1. Hotel is tricky. They have 2 names, another is Holiday inn London - Heathrow. That’s you can imagine Holiday inn standard, No, it’s not. At first, I booked Holiday inn and suspected because I cannot find this in Google map and Holiday inn website, also the picture is from Leonardo hotel. I cancelled and booked Leonardo hotel. 2. Once I checked in, staff told me I have 2 bookings. What!!!??? In the end, I knew the story, same hotel!! What if I booked holiday inn and I cannot find that one, need to book new one?? Leonardo?? Same location. 3. I’ve got the wrong room, it’s different and worse than I booked. It’s accessible room, I feel like I’m in Hospital!!! 4. The room has no tea/coffee. Garbage is still in the bin!!! Also, room has bad smell. 5. He changed me to new room. But not king like I booked. I need to explain, request for room I booked but it’s full?? Why did he tell me I have 2 bookings of king bedroom. Do everything by myself without any sorry from staff. 6. 2nd night, also no tea/coffee, maid didn’t add it and wash teacups. Bring tea/coffee/teacup by myself after waiting for half an hour, no staff coming. 7. Last night, water was cold, I wait staff to open heater for water for half an hour.
