Nice property in a super convenient location. 5-7 mins walking to the Cathedral. Plenty of shopping nearby.

Great hotel. Close to everything.

Location, great service and comfortable and quiet rooms.

It's a great location but be aware that many rooms face in to a roofed courtyard and this feels airless. If you want to look at try to ask at Reception. My room was fine and comfortable but I wished I'd asked for a city view

The hotel was quite nice and in a very convenient area. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could definitely be improved! My only disappointment with my experience was the scaffolding erected outside the hotel that totally compromised the view from our room. Because of that,we also unable to enjoy our balcony and it felt a bit unsafe. If the scaffolding wasn't there I would have been much more satisfied with my experience.

Great historical hotel. Beautiful setting. The rooms are very comfortable. Worth spending the time exploring the historical complex. There aren’t any restaurants near by but the hotel has a good restaurant on site. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

I am not sure where the hotel gets its rating from. The front desk staff is a tough one to call. One person was just angry every time we interacted, another was an angel, a third was indifferent. The physical property is far below a four star standard, but it is adequate overall. There is no parking associated with the hotel. Not even a place to pull you car into to drop your bags off or load them in when you are leaving. Staff was absolutely no help here. The only thing going for the hotel is its location. If you stay here, make sure it is at a steep discount.

Staff are very friendly

The property is not too far from the Santiago Cathedral, and convenient to many walkable restaurants. The staff was professional. The hotel has a spa in the basement {at a fee}. It was a nice last stop after walking the Camino de Santiago.

Best location imaginable- right by the old town and next to the underground parking. Clean & modern

Nice hotel in the downtown area of old Santiago. Very noisy at night so be prepared

Helpful reception & waiting staff. Gave advice and recommendations on restaurants etc. Breakfast was OK but slightly limited & we'd had enough after 3 nights.
