Good service and near the city center

I already ordered a room with breakfast, but according to the hotel the order is without breakfast. I don't know which system is wrong traveloka or hotel. although finally I got the breakfast, but almost every morning it always becomes problematic

breakfast was delicious and extra bed was included in the price so I had no complaint this time. the room was clean and the staffers were all very friendly towards every guest. The location was not too close to Hoan Kiem Lake, so it worked out perfectly for us who'd rather stay at quieter place. Amazing.

Movenpick is located in the heart of the city and very strategic place to be as it is close to Old Town Quarter and Trang Thi area. Services are great and the breakfast menu is the best that I have ever tried in Vietnam.

Clean, good location. But there's no pool.

The hotel is quite old, small room. Mattresses and pillows are not soft compared with 4-5 star quality. Bathroom with bath rather inconvenient as high if not careful can be slippery falls if floor or step off after a bath. However the quality of the breakfast, I quite satisfied.

Good except for the noise level from the main road. Hotel to consider upgrading window to at least double glazing. Also pillow is too soft, to provide option for harder pillows.

Very delicious breakfast hotel conveniently located within walking distance of tourist attractions. If the opportunity to stay here again.
