Service was poor from the start

We had a great time in Veracruz. Great location and decent price. The restaurant was very good.

Like the fact that there was always a guard at the door making sure random people didnt enter the hotel. Didnt give enough options to get cash from atm. Atm was down 3/7 days i stayed and was not compatible with my visa card.

The hotel is in such a perfect location right by the water, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff is friendly and knows English well enough to communicate with guests. We had an issue with the mini split breaking on us, but the hotel staff sent someone to work on it and ultimately ended up moving our room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family looking to stay in Veracruz.

Booked a Superior King Bed Ocean View Room and after being confirmed the room specs at the reception it was a two-bed room. The while trip was for my husband’s birthday and it was our first time in that city. Called from the room to make them fix it and they told me there were no line to the reception desk.

I like the location, very close to touristy areas in downtown, nice view of the deck and old buildings, very quiet area, different pool areas.
