From the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is 2 blocks from train station and conveniently located around shops and the passiageta.

Hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from the train statiion and one block from the beach and walking promenade. Rooms have no view but are clean and nicely appointed. Rooftop sundeck is neglected and out of use.

Very helpful check in staff. Excellent location for train station and seafront. Rooms tired and dated. Only one power point for charging phone etc. No English speaking news channel on tv. Good breakfast choice but very small and crowded breakfast room.

Very clean and great value for money for a short stay on the 'Riviera'.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and hellpful. Special mention to Greta and Jiovanna. Breakfast was delicious and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful as well.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the sea and shops, restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Hotel Cavour is a great place to stay in Rapallo. It is within a 1-2 minute walk from the boardwalk and the ferry. The breakfast is delicious. Giovanna, at the front desk, was what really made the stay stand out. She was very pleasant and provided great insight on how to spend your day if you’re running short on ideas!

Although a little dated the rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent, all very friendly and most helpful . Breakfast buffet was good and the rooftop solarium a bonus
