Mình check in khu cũ của Rex nên phòng có hơi mùi ẩm mốc từ nội thất. Phòng có 1 cửa thông với phòng khác nên rất ồn.

The hotel facilities are old but still quite well-maintained and suitable for the price, with full amenities. The location is near entertainment areas so it is convenient to move around. Will come back if there is a chance.

Khách sạn ở rất thoải mái. Mình book được phòng rộng 50m bên khu mới rất rộng luôn. Nội thất phòng kiểu cổ điển. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Khach sạn sát biển, sát công viên, chỉ cần bước ra là có rất nhiều tiện ích xung quanh. Sẽ tiếp tục quay lại ở đây khi đến Vũng Tàu chơi

The hotel is clean, the new deluxe room is full of facilities as we requested, has few breakfast. The receptionist attitude is not good. General Room: 10 ₫ Service: 6 ₫ Food: 7

First of all, I would like to thank Ms Nhung for choosing the Rex Hotel for the last vacation.
Many thanks for her comments and regret that the attitude of the staff made her very unhappy. Upon receiving her suggestions, the hotel consulted with the receptionist as well as the shift staff on that day to remind and exchange more about soft skills, customer care.
I'm glad you missed it and still appreciate your stay at the Rex Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time. The hotel location is good. There is a parking lot. The room is clean and very nice. I booked the Deluxe room and get the corner window. Very pleased. Spacious pool. There are places to sunbathe, dressing areas. Will come back if the opportunity.

Space Suit room I experience very well. Wide and comfortable. The hotel is quite old so it smells a bit of carpet in the common corridor. Staff is generally 8/10, should not be too strict because many customers are quite rude and impolite :)

I get a Delux room unlike the one on the picture. No sea view or even a bathtub. The mattress is quite hard to sleep. The elderly male receptionist lacks warmth and talks curtly! Not worth the money

Clean, comfortable, nice view of the lake, lake and cloud park, although on the booking I saw a room with a bathtub but my room did not have but because of the beautiful view, I should skip it. Breakfast is delicious, quite a lot of dishes
