Hotel is on the older side with run down carpet and furniture but for the price we were within easy walking distance to so many places. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. There were no bath towels in the room and they were still cleaning our room at 430 when check in was at 3 but still managed to get us in a room within 10 minutes. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonable room in the area it’s not bad.

Hotel staff was vey nice and it was in a great location (Downtown across from the large square and Cathedral) Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was actually attached to a nice restaurant and large store. It was however in need of a lot of updating. While the room was clean the catpets were threadbare and stained, Lights were very dim and everything was in need of a fresh coat of paint. It felt a bit stale, old, and dated. With just a few renovations it could be incredibly nice, but as it is, it's mediocre.

Great location in center with easy access to museums and stores. A bit noisy from street noise and breakfast wasn’t worth eating. Coffee especially terrible. But close to numerous cafes and restaurants.

Very spacious rooms clean ans close to some inpotant areas to visi like museums eateries and beautiful parks and churches from here you can walk to everything 😀 ❤️

Hot water was not hot room temperature was not very good

Disappointing experience

Very bad conditions, electric problems no elevators for periods, no coffee, no towels, very disappointed

Not bad, but not good either. Needs some maintenance and furniture renewal. Minibar didn't work properly. No hot water coming out from the shower early in the morning. Expedia's VIP access perks weren't honored by the property.
