I want to make sure the receptionist that check is in and check us out gets recognized for her hospitality and assistance. I didn’t get her name but she made us feels welcomed and assisted with all our needs. Would like to thank her because she made an impression on our trip

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Europa in Rapallo. The hotel is in terrible condition and clearly has not been properly maintained for many years. The only part that looks halfway decent is the lobby – everything else feels run-down and neglected. The rooms are dirty and damaged, with worn-out furniture and unpleasant odors. The bathrooms have mold and show serious signs of decay. It’s obvious that nothing has been renovated in a long time. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone for the stay. Instead of a welcoming attitude, I felt dismissed and ignored. Noise is also a major problem – it’s very loud at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this hotel is in tragic technical and hygienic condition. I cannot recommend it to anyone, and I strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodation in Rapallo.

4 star hotel advertising spa, indoor pool and AC in rooms but it turned out that Spa has been closed for 2 years, AC is not available and they forget to mention that their is a construction site infront of main entrance. Never stay their.

As a 4 star hotel don’t have any hot food for breakfast what do you think？

After a mix up with my original booking this hotel welcomed me very late at night and I stayed for three days they turned a very stressful situation into a blessing. The desk staff and breakfast staff were beyond excellent !! Room was clean and comfy with an authentic charm and location was awesome !! Walk to everything including the train on my departure and the price was very reasonable for the quality !! Thank you 🇨🇦

Modern and clean, friendly staff and lovely rooms with lots of room. Building is really classic seaside Italian, dusty pink with green shutters and palm trees. Beautiful. the only problem we had was we arrived late in the afternoon and there was no parking on the first day left, but we got one the next day.

A good hotel however the rooms are outdated. Unfortunately due to covid the facilities were unavailable however the main areas are nice and friendly staff.

A lovely modern hotel in an old building close to the sea front bar and restaurants, yet just a few minutes walk from the train station. We did not visit the spa, though we were told we could enter once free on our three day visit. Nice breakfast with a good choice of continental breakfast items. Sadly our room overlooked a small inner courtyard, but other than that, the facilities were good and all the staff were staff friendly. There was a safe & fridge in the room.

Nice hotel, good location, don’t plan to sleep in, church bells will wake you up early.

The property was fine and very clean, the staff was very attentive. Location and parking were superb but the bed was horrible, it was two single beds pulled together to make one queen size bed. It came apart during the night almost causing me to fall to the floor.
