The hotel had a good buffet breakfast in the morning and was clean. The AC in our room struggled to keep our room cool. The hot water in the shower ranged from warm to cool.

It is as expected. Good value for money, clean, and used for layover between flights.

This hotel is dishonest. We booked a reservation and the system told us that it did not go through therefore we completed the form again. I then realized that both reservations were active I went to the front desk to fix the problem but they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. I later called the manager and she said they had not record of the reservation but they still charged us double for the same night. The stay was ruined by this experience!!

Hotel rather tired in appearance. We last stayed here in 2018, we felt it has gone downhill since then. The old Harrods building opposite is still abandoned and looks terrible. It makes the road opposite feel very dirty and a bit unsafe. A few homeless people sleeping on pavement next door. Great location for the beautiful Pacificos shopping mall and lots of shops and eateries round about. Laundry charges are ridiculously high, we paid twice as much as at our previous hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the stay, really great cakes. We ordered a taxi through reception to go from the hotel to the airport, it cost twice as much as an Uber.

Excellent location, comfortable room and hotel service. Relationship between price and quality is very good. Highly recommendable. I will be back.

Service, comfort, & cleanliness all good. Roos, atleast my basic room is getting old & needs some major refurbishment. Location is good, quiet, but zero views. Very urban.

Hotel is in need of renovation. Floors in rooms are lifting up to such an extent that the door will not open fully. Bed was past it’s best days with mattress compressed on one side meaning I slept on an angle.

The building needs some tlc.

A very good hotel. Unfortunately, there is construction with jack hammers most weekdays, so sleeping past 8am is not a possibility. Most of the front desk staff were very good except for one young man on the nightshift who probably doesn't belong in the service industry. He won't last long, I suppose. The NH Landcaster around the corner is exceptional... go there instead if you can

Good location. Clean and convenient hotel. Reasonable price. Only one elevator goes to the 11th floor so you can expect some delays if your staying there.
